Zero customer service
After Movistar was bought by Tigo, I could no longer pay online. They had removed the payment feature from the webpage and the payment feature in the app doesn't work. There is also only hopeless automated response on Whatsapp, when you go to their feedback page you get an error. In the end I gave up and started the process to move to another company.
Error at feedback page: "¡Hola! Gracias por tu interés en nuestra encuesta. En este momento, ya no está disponible, pero esperamos contar contigo en futuras oportunidades."
