Great communications with Tignes Direct throughout the booking process. Easy arrival and check in instructions. Apartment is well located with ski in ski out and good communal amenities (washing machines, car park, ski room). Apartment 7 had lovely views of the mountains from the balconies, good size bedrooms and living area, and was comfortable. Style is well loved rather than chic which suited our family with 4 quite young kids very well. Would love to stay again and I recommend Tignes Direct

Living in Hong Kong I hadn't skied in France for almost 15yrs, and now travelling in with my kids, having Emma advise us on all we needed was brilliant. She helped us find apartments together, so 6 of us, incl grandparents, could be close to my brother & his gang of 9 friends & their kiddies. Emma also helped with sorting ski gear to be delivered to the apartment. All up made our “coming tigether” family trip an amazing one. Thank you!

We stayed at Bec Rouge 511 apartment in Tignes Le Lac in March 2024. It was excellent in every way. Good value for money, convenient for slopes and Village. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well appointed, well equipped. couldn’t fault it. highly recommended. Tom Price

We’ve used this company to book our ski holiday in Tignes for a few years now. Once again Emma’s help and guidance was faultless. A great ski in ski out apartment with everything you need within a 5 minute walk. We will be back next year.

As ever, Emma of Tignes Direct was super pro-active, responsive and helpful. She interpreted our brief perfectly; identifying two apartments for us in the same block so that our two families could stay 'together' but not in the same space. We had a wonderful trip and the entire booking, arrival and departure process went super smoothly, all thanks to Emma!

Tignes Direct assisted me in finding an apartment so i could join a larger group of friends staying within Lavachet. The communication and booking process was professional and clear. The apartment was fit for purpose and in a good location for the ski area. We would 100% use Tignes Direct for our next visit.

The Tignes Direct team found a perfect apartment for our needs. The location was ideal for accessing a range of lifts which suited a range of abilities. Everything was very close by: bakery, restaurants, parking, equipment hire and also the bus to link the different locations.
The apartment was ideal for 6 adults with three separate shower room. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need and was kept warm.
Communication was clear and timely so there were no issues with finding the property or the agency to collect keys. Advice on passes, parking and equipment hire was also very useful.
Overall a really positive experience and I highly recommend Emma and the team for finding the right apartment to suit your needs.

Emma was fantastic is helping us get organized and providing advise on our DIY Skiing at Tignes. We'll definitely use again. It was very personalized and very reassuring to have her available on the other end of the phone.
