VERY INCONSIDERATE PROVIDER, NO LOYALTY!
We have been using Tigerlily for many years now and have spent a vast amount of money over time, until now. We unfortunately had a situation where a member of our staff booked onto a course, was diagnosed with tonsillitis the day before the course was due to take place. Despite offering to provide medical information to support absence there was absolutely no consideration or compassion and was simply told there was nothing they could do. Where is the loyalty for the regular customer that has declared Tigerlily as their only first aid provider for many years now, including running our own full course only back in September.
Will now be looking for a new provider with some more empathy and loyalty for their customers.
🚨AVOID THIS MONEY GRABBING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU CAN PREDICT THE FUTURE 🚨
Where to begin! Tigerlily are the most money grabbing, selfish and stone hearted company I have ever come across. Having been a customer of theirs for nearly 10 years, you’d like loyalty would mean something to them…wrong!! I was booked onto a course on a Wednesday. Sadly, something very rare and unexpected happened on the Monday. I contacted tigerlily via email and then followed it up with a call on the Tuesday. It was like speaking to monkey’s - no manger available, no one remotely helpful to speak to. Just constantly ‘there’s nothing I can do’. After going around in circles for ages they agreed to get their manager to call me. As expected, I never received a call back from the manager and I had to constantly chase in order to get a reply. By the end of the week, I finally got a reply from the manager - Sammy, but she couldn’t have been further from helpful is she tried. We’ve spent weeks going back and forth over email as she takes multiple days to weeks to actually reply. Completely unsympathetic towards the situation and wouldn’t even consider moving my booking to a different date. These courses aren’t cheap, yet she suggested I rebook onto a different course and pay again. Is she mad?! What an idiot. As if she thought I’d ever want to book another course through them after the way they’ve treated me given the situation. I’d get it if I was unwell on the day of the course, or something but what happened was a VERY rare incident that prevented me from attending the course and I only knew 2 days before. Absolutely disgusting company and I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you can see into the future by at least 7 days, DO NOT BOOK A TIGERLILY COURSE.
Thank you, Suzanne (I hope the spelling is correct) for making a Sunday spent doing First Aud training so great! Suzanne was amazing, her autenticity, honest approach and years of first hand experience made the time go by quickly and making me confident I will be able to save a life when it comes to it. Highly recommend!
I put my name down if there were any cancellations but unfortunately not and I got a nice email from Tigerlily giving me confidence and was straightforward to book a session with them. Good customer service!
good communication and online first aid before the actual training day
The skills I gained from my training saved my partners life... thank you!
I really enjoyed tigerlily training for first aid. Good value for money!
Completed on a Saturday which offers don't do.
Detailed and interesting
Good pace of day
Varied activities
Not recommending at all, they cancelled my booking day before First Aid training due apparently their system glitch, now I have to chase my money back as they have not refund them yet, it’s been 14 days already since I paid them.
It’s a joke this people are not professional at all ,how they can even offer training for other people if they cannot manage their own stuff?
Absolutely a joke
Be wary with this corporate company.. they have no compassion or sympathy for any persons who through no fault of their own (medical emergency) cannot attend the practical training course. Even if you e mail 48 hours ahead to explain unforeseen circumstances, they will not allow you to transfer to a different date to complete the course. They expect you to pay the full amount again to rebook another course.. £90.00!!! Apparently they consider themselves to be in the same league as an airline or theatre.. non transferable. I beg to differ.. they are a training company with no particular airs and graces. I would urge anyone to use a different company for first aid training. Oh the irony.. teaching first aid/saving lives/medical emergencies but unable to sympathise with a person who experiences anything of this nature prior to a course which resulted in non attendance.
Avoid like the plague!!
I booked their paediatric training courses in Birmingham twice. Super easy to book with lots of dates. Engaging learning and will continue to use them in the future. Andy was great and very knowledgeable.
Was trained today by a wonderful lady called Sarah. She made everyone feel welcome as she was both friendly and knowledgeable and made a longish day tolerable. Thank you. XXX
