Hi Tiger, Foam applied well, good gun & tips. However truth be told, the two 600 BF units we bought were no where near the 8+” fill we expected on am 18’x8’ ceiling. We used an immersion heater in... See more

poor yield

Bought an open cell kit from tigerfoam. I got about half the yield that they claimed. I've never had this problem with a froth pak.

Leaky valve resulted in a poor mix and a terrible yield

one of the canisters I had leaked at the valve when it was in the on position which resulted in me getting a 25% yield on the two tank. This resulted in me having to go to a local store and buy a set of froth packs at $800 in order to complete the job. At this time I will not be purchasing anymore products from tiger foam nor will I be recommending them to any friends or fellow contractors.

Very expensive e poor result.

Despite the canisters being heated to temperature, rocked, set up and used correctly the foam didn't expand because the flow ratios between canisters was not correct despite both being fully open. Flowed correctly in minute portions. Worked in 29°C weather outdoors so neither the substrate or cannisters cooled down. Very expensive waste of money at $1500 dollars a set. Would not recommend.

Product did not perform as advertised…

Product did not perform as advertised on their website. Bought numerous kits from them. Always had the same problem throughout where tank B emptied before tank A. I did a pre and post weight of a few sets. Foam did not spray at a 1 to 1 ratio. This off ratio caused foam not to rise as it should have. I had to buy more kits to finish the job. I called them a few times for help from the very beginning. I warmed tanks to at least 80, changed spray tips often. Customer Service is very poor. They ignore me and won't do anything to solve this issue. Bought 1 kit from home depot of a different brand. It worked perfectly. Tiger foam is crap and they don't care. They won't stand behind their product.

WORTHLESS GARBAGE! Don’t cover as much as it advertises.

The problem is the product. One set of foam covered the room and then half way back. The next set of bottles (mixed the same way-agitated and hooked up with new hose) only went 1/2 way across the room and part B was completely gone and 1/2 of part A is left. So now I am wondering is going to happen with the stuff that was sprayed? I paid WAY TOO MUCH for an inferior product. I only bought it because the froth-pal I bough 18 months ago said expired in Jan 2024. After this sh’t ran out we hooked up the OLD AND EXPIRED Froth-pal. It had better rise and went farther even though it was old and a smaller amount. Ridiculous. Absolutely a scam.what the freak?! I plan to leave negative reviews everywhere I can find a site.
BEWARE.

Smooth, perfect experience

Good information on the website, very quick response when I asked whether or not a pick up was available. Very quick delivery. The spray tanks worked perfectly. We won't know till January if the R-value is what they say but the two tanks we ordered were supposed to cover 200 sq ft 1" thick and they definitely did that.

While the product is a good one

While the product is a good one, it is overpriced in my opinion. I went this route to save money over hiring a company to complete the job. Paying 1600 for two 600 board feet kits. This was enough to cover the ceiling of my 36’ x 36’ metal building roughly 1-2 inches thick in foam. The company I was to hire quoted 6200 to cover ceiling and all walls @ 3” thick. In the end I would need at least 4-5 more kits to complete that same job. After masking off what I did not want covered and renting a scissor lift or scaffolding the minimal savings is just not worth it.
