Emily is speedy and efficient with communication, extremely helpful in helping find the most suitable music based on interest and budget. DJ was fab. Went with the feel of the Wedding whilst including a lot of my song choices. Price not bad. Lighting good. I wasn't aware of paying for the DJs soft drinks and wasn't a fan of not liaising with him more directly leading up to the Wedding. Overall I recommend TIE the Note for a smooth experience.

I lead a London-based swing band and have been booked twice by Tie the Note. Each time, Tie the Note have been friendly and efficient. They respond to queries quickly, and they pay great attention to detail, which ensures that there are no nasty surprises for either the client or the band. They also pay promptly, which is refreshing, given some of the experiences I have had with other agencies.

In the weeks before, we received a full schedule of the day and everything we needed from our side to make it run brilliantly. Then on the wedding day itself the band were well supported, well fed and generally well loved!
