I ordered March 2021 and as of today I still have not received my items. I have emailed them and no response. Surely there's a way to report them. What about the BBB?

I placed my order on Mar 08, 2021. Which was exactly 100 work days ago. Still haven't received anything. I emailed them multiple times, they don't reply. Don't give them your money as I did.

Same as everybody else I ordered two outfits in Feb and still have not received the outfits. I have emailed the company and no response from nobody. So do not order anything from this fake app.

If I could put no stars, I would. I ordered back in February of 2021; it was almost 125$ and I never received any of the items. These mfers are frauds and if I could get ahold of somebody about it, I’d expose em.

I am a first time user of your company and very dissatisfied. I purchased a couple items on 2/19/21 order # ENP85639. spent $80 and as of today 5/4/21 I still do not have any merchandise, no one will respond to me when i email customer service..

SCAM It's been 2 months still haven't gotten my order...

Ordered on Feb 20. March 25 today and order says still awaiting shipping. No response from numerous emails. I just got played.

Scam! I ordered February 4th, two sweaters for a total amount of 70,11 USD, they never sent anything still showing “waiting for shipping”, it’s almost 2 months now, I sent lots mail they never replied and the support mail address that shows on the website you get a mail delivery service that says cannot deliver

I made a purchase from the 31st of January and until the date I have not received the package they have withdrawn money and I have already sent several sms to the site until no one responds and does not provide any clarification ...

I ordered on January 29, 2021, now my order has not been shipped. I wrote an email to the given number but nobody replies. I don't know, does anyone know how to contact them, have I been deceived?

Ordered something on 10th of feb.
March 19 today and parcel hasn t even been shipped
No answers whatsoever to the emails i ve sent . No refund, no cancel order option.
AVOID! Scam company

Ordered via a Facebook advertisement (2 separate orders) on February 2nd, paid extra for DHL delivery within 10-12 days and haven't received anything.

Money has been taken, and the goods have not been despatched. The website doesn't offer any option for cancelling the order, nor have they responded to multiple emails asking where my order is. 5 or 6 emails at least! And the website doesn't offer much help at all.

I'd recommend avoiding using them until it is proven they are legitimate and trustworthy.

Scam Detector website is low on information for this site, and indicate it was only registered recently. Seems to me like a scam, but we'll see!

I wonder how many other people are in the same boat?
