I order almost two months now and spend over $50 and still have not received anything yet. Iam so disappointed

Order made to value of £42 on 27.12.20 It is now 20.02.21 and no order received. I have emailed them 4 times now and no response. Absolutely disgusting. How can this company be allowed to continue to advertise on Faceyand to continue to take people's money off them for nothing? This if fraud and theft, criminal.

Same as previous reviews - total scam. Also thought I'd payed through PayPal but it's not showing up on my PayPal account. Avoid at all costs!

I really wish I had read the reviews here before I got carried away with a too good to be true deal. It is a total scam. There is no customer service and they do not respond to your emails. I will speak to my bank and block this account.

My husband paid £26 for a cardigan coat back on the 6th jan 21 we emailed on numerous occasions , but received no reply from any of them ,this is an appalling site ,SCAMMERS .....SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately this is just another scam. I ordered two pair of boots back in November and haven't heard a word and no way to contact them. Stay away!!!

Ordered 2 items on the 26th of Dec . Emailed them several times no reply. They must be making thousands. Scam scam.

SCAM.
-In their web they dont have even the Facebook, Twitter links. They have only link to twitter.com or facebook.com not even their webpage.
-They say they are in Michigan. But as I paid them my order, it says "Japan" and "Foreversstore sakaishi nish"
-I saw the AD on Facebook
-They wont send you anything
-I already talked to my bank to block anything from them

Hi, please people... don’t buy from this place. It’s a scam - they’re just taking people’s money like so many of these Facebook advertised sellers. I fell prey to it and did not receive my goods, had to contact my bank. If you wait 15 days from purchase date then raise a ‘goods not delivered’ dispute by contacting your bank they might be able to help you. Spread the word!

I placed an order over a month ago, expected delivery end of January, not received, emailed company and zero response.

I have not reserved my items ordered January 3, for $ 50.94. How do i get my money back if i do not receive the items..??

Saw beautiful cardie/coat and ordered it in December and never arrived..sent e-mails to which there was no replies..Words fail me for these despicable people who pray on innocent people and dont think twice about taking their money..was so disappointed on not receiving the goods I'd paid for..so pleased a friend showed me Trust pilot..next time I'll be more careful and check first before I splash out my honestly earned cash !!!

Total scam. I ordered in middle of December. Had confirmation email and then nothing. Emailed them repeatedly on different email addresses. Then looked at their shipping details and realised it had been copied and pasted from a different company website. Contacted my bank and they have refunded me in full thankfully. I notice that the website no longer exists. Moral of story, don’t trust Facebook ads that look too good to be true!

I placed an order for my wife for Christmas on the 29th November. Surely this would be enough time to get it for Christmas. It has never arrived. They do not reply to emails which they have changed their address of 3 times now since the original complaint. Do not do any dealings with this company.

You know that saying if it seems to good to be true it probably is, why didn't I think of that. I placed an order on Dec 26, 2020 did anyone else notice they give 2 different email addresses that you can supposedly use to connect that them also when I ordered it said it would be shipped ASAP I just ordered one thing a really cute coat. really a bummer that people have to do this to other people. I hope they get caught and sent to jail for a very long time.

I placed an order with them at the end of December, having seen adverts for their clothes on Facebook and similar platforms. I was prepared to wait a while for the goods since the company is US based and I am a UK resident, also speed of turn around being affected by Covid. So it wasn't until mid January that I began to get worried. At that point I emailed them repeatedly but received no reply. At this point I also noticed that the website does not provide a phone number. The money has been taken from my account but I don't expect to ever see the goods.

I ordered 27th December, 2 jackets and pair boots, no reply to emails, disgusting behaviour they are quids in with everyones money, i believe in karma. Nasty thieves
