Tidee Airfryer Scam

I think they scammed me after almost 6months no airfryer always an excuse when i follow up. I want my money back they dont even reply now to my emails.

Been waiting over 6 months now

Been waiting over 6 months now. Was promised it would be dispatched end of March due to Port Delays in Durban Harbour & improvements to the Product. Last few emails dont even get a response. Has this company now gone under & taken our money with it!!!!! Can now purchase a Airfryer in a Super Market for the same price!!!

TIDEE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM!!

I wish that I could give less than 1 star. The lack of communication and response is horrendous. I have been waiting since October 2021 for the TWO air fryers that I ordered. This is a massive scam, there is no contact number and on the rare occasion that they respond to your queries, it is the same automated response. I am seriously not impressed and it was literally R2000 down the drain. How are these people getting away with this scam? I think we should take this to Carte Blanche, this matter needs to be brought to task! it's just FALSE promise after false promise.

Tidee does not even deserve a 1 star

Tidee does not even deserve a 1 star, I order my air fryer in October and I am still waiting for delivery. I was promised delivery end of March and I doubt this will happpen. I think this is a big scam, the customer support have been replying but it is the same response each time. I have lost R979.00 that is for sure!!!! Such dishonest people out there, you need to be careful.

It is actually bad that I need to give…

It is actually bad that I need to give any star. I would rather give nothing, as it deserves less than nothing. Keep making promises on delivery, which just does not happen. Found out this morning that delivery for mid March 2022 is again delayed. Now to 2-5 days in April. Just not acceptable as I placed my order in October 2021 already.
What a shame!!!

TIDEE ..

TIDEE , WORST SERVICE EVER, ..I ordered my airfryer on 22November 2021. I only received one email response in December when I queried delivery. It was a gift for someone. I'm so furious at the lack of communication. 4 emails later no replies..I want my money back or the airfryer asap This is the worst online service I ever had

Tim is a very nice person

Tim is a very nice person. But you cannot wait 4mnths to not receive an order. EVERY time a new deadline of 3 to 5 weeks. I have to add that after opting for the refund it was done very quickly. No red tape. I might give them another try as soon their delivery issues is sorted.

Ordered my airfryer in November 2021 and still waiting !! Very disappointed with Matt and team. He really sounded sincere and apologetic for the delay and mess !! Come on Matt - don't disappoint us further ! We trusted you !!!!!

Non-Delivery of an Airfryer

I ordered my Airfryer on the 1st November [3 months ago] and have had no feedback as to when I will be receiving it. Please can you get back to me asap as I actually ordered it as a wedding present for a friend and had to give her something else - very annoying as I already told her I was getting it for them. Please get back to me asap.

Same experience than all the over. No delivery in 3 months and also no contact number, just emails that they DO NOT RESPOND ON!
What is the plan TIDEE!!!!!
Looks to me you cannot deliver??? and also cannot pay back anybody.
You have everybodies details on back orders. How difficult can it be.... Follow up on your back orders!!!!
