We received great customer service during a visit to the New Milton shop on February 26th. My husband has been a smoker for 50yrs smoking around 12 roll ups per day but the costs had made him consider vaping. Having looked at information on line we were totally confused and felt we needed some guidance. As we were holidaying in the New Milton area we decided to visit Tidal Vape and we were so glad we did. The girl who served us was Emily and she took time to listen to my husband and explained why certain options would not work for him and what products would. At no time did we feel rushed in to a decision or silly for asking questions about how things worked.
We came away from Tidal Vape with everything my husband needed to start him off although he was still not sure how things would go.
One week in and he is down to 3 cigarettes per day and vaping at other times when he would have reached for one!
I know this would not have happened without the advice and guidance from Emily. She made sure he had the correct product, liquid and coils and also showed him how to use them.
Having spoken to others who have changed from smoking to vaping my husbands transition seems to have been smooth and relatively hassle free.

I went into the shop today. Was served by a very helpful lady called Megan and helped me pick the correct vape for me and took the time to explain the different types that were available and the different types of oil that were available and which products would work better for the amount I smoke to help me quit. All in all was extremely satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend anybody that is trying to quit or cut down smoking. Go in to tidal vapes and seek their advice.

Tidal vape eastliegh, I've never had an issue before, this time I asked the person serving which was Carl, he said his name was, I asked about if they have any other dessert flavour liquids, he said wait there ill just serve these customers, and proceeded to serve the customers leaving me standing looking stupid, even a customer said to Carl shouldn't you serve him, in which he replied he's waiting to see some vape liquid, I had to interject and say ill buy the liquid I have there because it felt like he was serving the whole street and I'm left there like a piece of furniture, very unhappy with this, I don't expect this from tidal vape

Since discovering the infamous Banana ice vape juice, I have only ever used Tidalvape for all of my refills. The experienced worker's here, always greet me with a smile and are always very chatty.

Shay was amazing help and showed me amazing deals, will definitely be coming back.

Very good vapes and good with there prices

Well they open at 8.30am which is good and the staff are really helpful and polite and the prices are great and also you can mix and match different vapes example Bloody Mary and crystal bar and they are £20 for 5 which is great

After a lifetime of smoking I decided I need to quit. I went into the Andover shop and the two guys talked me through the vaping process. After discussion they provided me with the best product for my needs. They even went to the extent of unwrapping it and showing me how to use it, recharge etc. I found the flavour very pleasant and I think I may have found a positive way to kick my habit.

After my old vape gave up on me one morning I decided to visit Tidalvape in commercial Road and I must say my whole experience was very pleasant. After walking in I was Greeted my a member of staff that goes by the name of Ree and I must say she was extremely pleasant and helpful who helped me make my discission on a new vape and a few other extra bits, (pods and liquids) making it a very pleasant experience. Extremely happy with my purchase, its the best vape I've ever had. Hope the shop staff get all the credit they disserve for doing an outstanding job, a big thankyou from me !!

Worst experience ever.
I entered the store with a package of 5 coils (3 unused, sealed, 2 used) to show them the model I need and they simply stole one of the 3 new ones.
There were two girls, they passed the package from one to the other and when they returned it to me they gave me back all 4 pieces. When I told them they were trying to look for one in a box, unbelievable, I can't believe something like that !!!
I do not recommend the store in any way.
If there is a recording camera inside the store, I hope the manager will watch today's footage!!!

Fantastic customer service and very helpful staff. The shop has such a varied range to suit everyone. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use it regularly myself. Also, the shop offers some fantastic deals and have found they are the cheapest compared to other similar outlets.

I have been using Tidal Vape in Bournemouth for a while now. Whenever I go in there, they always have what I need as my tank is fussy about what juice it needs, and they always have it. Staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Been using tidal vape for a couple of years, and today confirmed why. Had a minor problem with my new kit & the guys at the Falkland square store were really helpful and sorted me out with the kind of courtesy & friendly help that is sometimes missing in retail stores. Big thank you to you, obviously recommending the store if anyone asks me for a vape shop. Kind regards.

My partner & myself went to the Andover Vape shop yesterday to have a look at getting some flavoured juice. We spoke to Drew & Connor. They gave us some very good advice on & how to use different juice. I would recommend anyone going into the Andover shop & speaking with these guys. A real pleasure to meet you both. They both get 5 stars from us
