Nathan and Jade at the ‘Bournemouth…

Nathan and Jade at the ‘Bournemouth Tidal vape store’ were extremely helpful. I wanted to cut down on my nicotine consumption, get more for my money and a vape with lots of flavour. Cannot fault the service I received today, I would recommend to anyone looking to quit smoking. Can’t wait for my next visit in a months time from now.

Exchange or refund

If I could give 0 stars I would brought a pava vape a few weeks ago have not had to charge it once as barely used it was fine on sat 8 november and battery was still on 85% fast forward to today went to use it and was completely dead tried charging for an hour and nothing took back to tidal vape Newbury to be told there was something in charger point the woman cleaned it in front of me and nothing came out but was told because it was a charger issue it could not be refunded or exchanged so £40 down the drain and a vape that is useless. Will never hope there again

The staff are always super helpful and polite. My order is always ready to collect each month and I can collect from 2 different stores depending on my preference. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for my liquids . Shay is especially my highlight as she always makes me feel positive and uplifted, she is a credit to the company

I normally pop in to tidal vape every month to top up on liquids and coils and Jess who served me today was very helpful and had great upselling skills I normally buy 3 liquids and 5 coils
I left with 5 liquids and 5 coils and she was very helpful

Tidal Vape Swindon

I visited the Tidal Vape store and was served by Ellie. As I am new to vaping I wanted some advice on what to buy. Ellie was extremely helpful in explaining all the different products and which would suit me best. Excellent customer service all round.

Superhero staff

I’m a customer of tidal vape in romsey and every time I go in i am greeted with only smiles and polite service! Connor and Brandon are so lovely. Special thanks to Connor who was amazing when my grandmother fell outside the shop. Honestly we cannot thank you enough Connor, you're a hero!

Popped into the Portsmouth branch a…

Popped into the Portsmouth branch a couple of weeks ago & I was so impressed with Ryan & Jess. They told me all about what deals were on, very friendly and approachable. They made my visit fun & I had a pleasant experience. Great shop & even better staff

Unfortunately the staff at tidal vape…

Unfortunately the staff at tidal vape in New Milton are required to hit a sales target, this creates an uncomfortable environment for the shoppers. The staff seem to have had little sales experience calling customers babe or lovey they also come across as desperate to up sell. This is the worse vape shop I’ve experienced in 10 years of vaping.

Shambles of a business

Ordered online, order was confirmed and money taken.
Was sent tracking number and told half of my order was not in stock.
Notified next day that my package had been delivered to address an hour away, on enquiry with Tidal was told they had given me the incorrect tracking number.
Given another tracking number for Monday (2 further days later). DHL notified parcel had been delivered… again, not to me.
Called DHL and they advised that Tidal had given the incorrect house number!! Found the address and collected my package eventually.
Absolute shambles of a business and definitely will not be a returning customer to Tidal Vape!!!
