On Dec. 2024, I ordered two identical Casio F-91WB-1AEF watches but only received one. It is now the end of Feb. and the sales rep. Juan Ángel Gomariz has not replied except for the initial reply requesting images for proof which I sent immediately. Order GTSADEEVC was a complete failure. I am out $28. Poor customer service & delivery.
Pricing was very good for what I needed - ordered the watch as a present for a family member with £25 shipping for the advertised 1-3 days. I have spent the last 3 weeks on email with the ‘ceo’ who would actively ignore questions, statements & requests to fit what felt like an automated response. After repeated false promises, the watch turned up 4 weeks later. Would recommend the company based off pricing. Customer service was exceptionally poor.

An all around great experience
I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first due to the fact that the watch I was looking at was a good £60 or so cheaper than most other retailers. I did my research and checked the reviews and couldn't find anything to fault, so I bit the bullet and bought the watch I wanted. Fast forward a little over a week later, I recieve the watch in brand new condition as described. Shipping was perfectly acceptable in terms of the time it took to get from Spain to the UK and it was free too. I would absolutely buy from TicTacArea again if I find myself in the market for another watch and will be recommending it to others.

Don't expect you can return the item
Return the item and arrived on customs over 1 month. They did not process the customs process. Wasting my time to return for refund.
After 1 month stuck in Spain customs and I left this comment. The customs returning the item to me. What a nightmare of return process.
TICTAC sent you the item with cheap mail service, and ask you must return the item with expensive express service. Shame on this request. Everyone avoid this company.
(updated 13-Jan-2025) Finally got my watch back from Spain, and this has never opened by customs because I have done all digital customs declaration. Imagine if your watch need repair under warranty and stay in customs only for 2 months and back to your hands? What is that warranty means?

If you simply didn’t like the product—which was in perfect condition—then it’s normal that you bear the return shipping cost. That’s standard policy in most online stores. If it had been our mistake or a defect in the product, you can bet we’d cover all expenses.
We Chose Your Shipping Method with Care, Not Cheapness
We selected a tracked international shipping method at zero cost to you. Now asking us to pay for return shipping (when the product just “wasn’t to your liking”) is somewhat like expecting a free pizza just because you didn’t enjoy the pepperoni. That’s not how it works.

After that, it stayed with me for a week . The time it took to turn the watch back had passed...I'm a little disappointed and really confused. How could something like this happen? I was concerned about buying from a spanish based company but all my concerns quickly disappeared.Within two hours I received confirmation of my order and it was dispatched very quickly.The watch i ordered was considerably cheaper than any other retailer and from order to delivery took seven days overall a very pleasant buying experience and would definitely use this company again.
