I have been trading with TTT for more than 4 months. Payout reviews typically takes Ard 4 to 5 business days.
The only frustration I have now is that I have been waiting for my Live Account evaluation for the past 2.5 weeks. Been proactively reaching out to customer service but the response has always been the same that they do not have a definite timeline.
I really hope the risk management team can expedite on the review process.
Update as of 23Oct2025
I’m still waiting for the Risk Management team to get back after waiting for almost 4 weeks.
Update as of 04Nov2025
I’m still waiting for their update
I’ve been trading with TickTickTrader for months, and my experience has been deeply disappointing.
After spending countless hours trading and building profits, my account was wrongfully deactivated due to what they later admitted was a known issue on their platform. Despite clear video proof showing the malfunction, their “technical review” concluded there was no error.
When I asked for my balance to be restored or for fair compensation, all I received were template replies and excuses. At one point, they even offered a reset account — which was later terminated again without reason.
Their support team keeps saying “we value fairness and transparency,” but their actions prove otherwise. It feels like whenever you start doing well, they find a reason to shut down your account.
I’ve traded with multiple prop firms, and TickTickTrader has by far the worst support and accountability I’ve ever seen.
Be cautious — if you value your time, effort, and fairness, look elsewhere.
update 10/10/2025
Thank you for your public response.
However, your summary does not reflect the full situation. The platform malfunction is clearly shown in the video I submitted — trades were executed incorrectly due to a system failure, which resulted in significant losses.
The issue is documented and verifiable. It’s disappointing that this was dismissed despite clear evidence, especially considering the time, effort, and consistency it takes to reach payout level.
I appreciate the communication from your support team, but this outcome does not align with the values of fairness and transparency that TickTickTrader promotes. I will continue to share updates as this situation develops, since other traders could experience similar platform issues.

This company is so difficult to login and connect. They have a page for just about everything. One to pay, one to sign-in or login, one to issue a help desk ticket. They ask for a never ending list of ID and proof of residence. There was an endless back and forth with their help desk, I asked for a refund and they said their policy does not allow for refunds. Not happy with them.

BE AWARE EVERYONE> There are legitimate prop firms out there—this isn’t one. Once you start making real profit, they stop paying and then label you “fraud.” Avoid them.
Notice the playbook: no real support when you need help, but a live agent shows up to block your payout and “legal” jumps in to intimidate you. If they can’t pay, they litigate.
Tick Tick Trader has seized my trading account and withheld my profits without evidence, then labeled me “fraud” after I disputed fees. The facts:
Profits on my accounts: $16,500 and $13,500 (total $30,000) shown on TickTickTrader dashboard. Once you make profit, they play game to stop you.
Pending payout TickTickTrader owe: $1,000.
Fees I paid: approximately $3,700.
Do the math: I paid you thousands in fees, generated documented profits, and once profits were due you disabled my account, voided the payout, and tried to reverse the narrative by calling me a fraud. That is not compliance—that’s a clawback game. Anyone can figure this out right? They owe me $30000 and $1000 payout, I dispute $3700 fee, they call me fraud? With the profit and the money I made for them is double the 3700, how is it I am fraud? lol
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with TickTickTrader. Payouts have taken many days, far beyond what’s advertised. My first payout was slow but eventually processed. When I requested a subsequent payout, my account was suddenly put “under review,” and I received the same canned responses for days without concrete answers or timelines.
I was also told to keep a significant portion of funds in the so‑called “live” account, but I was never actually allowed to progress to a true live status. Each time I got close to a second payout, a new issue appeared, followed by another review and more delays. From my perspective, this pattern makes it feel like withdrawals are being discouraged and access to earnings is being limited.
I’m posting this so others are aware of my experience. I’m happy to update this review if TickTickTrader resolves the situation promptly, releases my pending payout, and provides clear, consistent communication and policy enforcement. TickTickTrader’s use of the word “fraud” is abusive and unfounded. It looks like a scare tactic to silence customers who ask to be paid. Here are the key facts they left out:
They invited me via ads/email, onboarded me, and approved my KYC/Persona under my real legal name and ID. If I intended wrongdoing, I wouldn’t submit the same verified ID repeatedly.
I generated over $16,500 in legitimate trading profits. The controversy only started when I requested a $1,000 payout. That payout was first acknowledged and then blocked under vague “reviews.”
Their “multiple profile” claim is being twisted into “fraud.” Using different emails after unexplained deactivations was an administrative mistake, not impersonation, identity theft, or any deceit. They approved the same KYC each time. Multiple emails ≠ fraud.
Their chargeback narrative ignores why disputes were filed: repeated payout delays, canned replies, and refusal to provide a concrete resolution. Chargebacks were a last resort after support stalled. I’ve offered to resolve or reverse disputes as part of a fair settlement if they release legitimately earned funds.
They claim “no payout issues,” yet my payout was put on hold and then refused while they kept escalating legal language. If there were truly no payout issues, I wouldn’t still be waiting.
Throwing around “legal proceedings” and “fraud” against a verified trader with approved KYC and real, audited P&L is extreme and, in my view, retaliatory. Honest customers shouldn’t be threatened for asking to be paid.

Payout process was fairly quick. 2 days. However, they paused my account during that time so no trading. Not really a big deal. The support provided is second to none. Very responsive and they follow up quickly. Overall, one of the best experiences with a prop firm I’ve ever had.
Love this Prop Firm and rules, make sense and you don't have to think about anything else just focused on your trading. and get paid.
My id - TTTU1753218994. Till couple weeks back, my experience with TickTick was great. The payouts I submitted are in pending status from past 2 weeks. I.e. the payouts I submitted on 9/22, 9/23 and couple days there after are still in pending status (as of 10/5). I have tried to connect with support team multiple times, however, every time I get standard answer that risk mgmt team is reviewing and we will update as soon as hear back. The sad part is they are not even providing any ETA. When the advertisement and the rule clearly says, only 1 rule of 0.5%, why such a huge delay in payouts??? And what exactly risk mgmt is reviewing..that too for 2 weeks??? I didnt expect this from tictick who has such good reviews..Hope someone at ticktick addresses this soon.
Update on 10/7 - customer service team was very prompt. All the confusion got clarified, and ticktick has approved my payouts. Thanks for taking care of it..

I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. I earned $42,586 on my three funded account, and they made me wait 90 days before giving me a live account. To my shock, the live account balance was only $9,250. They kept the remaining $33,336 and told me they would add it back only if I managed to take a payout of more than 50% of the $9,250.
I successfully took more than 50% payout but later blew my account. After this, they refused to add the $33,336 back as promised and instead told me I must purchase a new S2F account and go through the whole process again, requiring three more payouts.
I honestly do not know if these rules are even published on their website. From my experience, it feels like they keep adding new rules on the fly to make things more difficult for traders and to avoid paying out what is rightfully owed.
This firm does not provide a fair or transparent environment. Be very careful before trusting them with your time and money.

Just made it to the first payout after a long learning experience, TTT is just the best, customer service is amazing, Go TTT
I’ve had a great experience with TickTickTrader. Their payout process works smoothly and without issues, which gave me a lot of confidence in trading with them. They are a reliable and trustworthy company, making them a great choice for anyone looking to grow as a trader.
TTT delivers! They do what they say! An amazing experience. I love this firm. Their support is responsive and quick. I LOVE TTT 💓❤️🎊
TickTick is a pretty good prop firm. I like their S2F+ accounts. Their payout could be faster, sometimes it takes 1 business day and sometimes longer. Wish the payout time frame is more consistent. Once in a while you get a email saying that someone got a payout within minutes and they also post it on discord, but this seem like it's a marketing gimmick to say they have super fast payout but in reality it's only true for very few people. Another thing is that if you are trading micros, it's not 10(micros) to 1(mini) ratio, it's 1(micro) to 1(mini). Supposedly if you break this rule, your account will be closed. I think this rule is little harsh, they shouldn't close your account. I happened to break this rule but they were nice enough to give me one warning and said if I did it again the account would be closed.
i purchased an s2f+ account , now they want me to verify myself (they wait you pay them your money, they should have done verification first ). Now going through verification process, they want 1) license
2)selfie picture
3)some full page bill to verify you are who you license & selfie say you are but of course the only verification process not being accepted BY THEIR OWN SIGHT is the final one. They verified ID ,they verified selfie ,but it wont verify none of the documents I've submitted. Customer support through email hasn't been much help. eveything they told me to do i didbut still no verification to start trading AND NO REIMBURSEMENTS of what I paid so unless someone there helps me I'm out of $100! I want to believe they're a good propfirm.... but no real help and no reimbursement ? I don't care what a contract says, when your customer support doesn't help you solve an issue but they got your money. I have a huge problem with that. so let's see if they'll do the honorable thing and help me out, i won't hold my breath!
{updated same day }
seems they rectified the issue. I haven't actually used s2f acct yet but i can upgrade to 4 stars for now. STAY TUNED.....
Straight to Funded account on tradovate - no undisclosed or shady rules. One clear rule - make your points and get paid. That's exactly what happened to me! Once I set up rise, I was able to get my payout into my bank within 5 mins. Extremely fast and simple process!!!
Since day 1 everything has been A1 services with this company. Everytime I've had a problem and I reached out to customer service they always resolve my issue and help me with everything I need. So far on my experience everything jas been great. Got my first pay out and the entire process was easy. 100% would recommend them if you wanna start your trading journey
So far the experience has been great, the customer support literally the best I have ever experienced. Period.
Payout, prompt.
S2F+ recommend.
