I purchased an Instant 100k Direct and Tick Tick Trader has done everything they advertised on this account. I’m on my 3rd pay out and preparing to purchase another account. I’m really glad that Tick Tick Trader is prop firms I can trust especially when there are so many prop firms that have issues.

One of the best prop firms out there. Good rules, already 2 payouts received, and support is very helpful and always looking for a solution. Wait times might be a bit longer than with other firms, but the rest is great!

beyond horrible, i showed multiple screenshots of the system not closing trades, despite , them acknowledging problem , never refunded my money , or reset account, this is by far the most predatory prop firm , they change their rules when ever they cant afford to make payouts,, just research their latest rule changes and subscribe to their emails, to verify, this i the next fast track disaster in the making ,horrible experience.

I have so far had a great experience with Tick Trader, customer servcies are quick to repsond. I requested my first payout and I received the payout 5 working days from request.

As a great company, it must have a great team, and ticktick has that! I have already received 2 payments and they are super correct.
Just some feedback about faster payments would be better. I received it in 5 business days and it is a pleasure to do business with you.

It took a total of 10 business days to receive my second payout with them. that's two times longer than they quote in their help center/terms. they still paid out, so 2/5

This is the company you must start with as the benefits for a trader are super high and fair as long as you comply with the company guidelines and rules, which are pretty easy to understand and to follow.

Be careful of this prop firm..:
1) One account closed because of 2 entries with 8 seconds in the first 5 minutes of the opening, asked for a $1,500 withraw and was denied and closed, because or micro scalping, both trades were loses.., in their rule, the statement said"micro scapling is have numerous of short trades with small profits".., I had only 2 and both loses, 2 trades of a total of +20 trades. Now they have changed the rule, but not apply for me because was before change.., and because had a nice balance in my favor.
2) The other account closed because breaching my daily stop loss which had to be auto -$2,500, but instead the account went to -$3,500, because "slippage" they said, after a Week of waiting a response, the slipagge was of $1,000 more, so instead of a $2,500 lose of daily drawdown I ended losing $3,500, yes bad risk management on my end, but a slippage of $1k.., I mean come on.., this prop firm has no interest on nothing but your money.., be carefull, search for another prop firm, they will justify themselves in any way to not pay your money..

Update: They seem to have ghost login and trades when you're close to payout. Didn't respond to my requests. I sent proof that I was not trading and they just ignored. Will be reporting to the BBB

No other company can really match their price for direct to funded accounts, especially the 150k and 250k accounts. They always have some kind of promo running which adds even more value. I've had four payouts so far, all on time and without any hassle. They are my top prop firm after trying five other well-known firms. The customer service is very prompt and thorough with their responses. Their rules are made for the trader. It's really freeing and reassuring to be a trader with them.
