The platform is great. I only gave it a 4 star because i would love if there was an easier way to send out multiple QR codes for one ticket; like the buyer being able to add names and then being sent... See more

Ticket Tailor is the world's most-loved ticketing platform, trusted by over 73,000 Event Creators across 120 countries. We make it simple and affordable to sell event tickets online, thanks to industry-leading low fees and high-quality, 24/7 support. Last year, our platform processed 24.5 million tickets for events of all shapes and sizes – from the UK’s only floating puppet theatre to pick-your-own tulips in Amsterdam, and sell-out Santa’s grottos in the US. Users can choose between Pay as you sell, or buying credits upfront to save (from as little as 20p/25c per ticket). We also offer 50% discount for charities, and low-price tickets, as well as discounts for B Corps, PTAs, and not-for-profits. And if your tickets are free, so are we. Once a box office is up and running, events are totally customisable, and we offer a huge range of robust features that all come as standard. Think easy product upsells, handy integrations, and a free Check-in app with in-person ticketing, for starters. As an independent business, we don’t have profit-hungry shareholders to answer to. This means we can choose exactly how we grow. To us, empowering our diverse range of Event Creators through simple and affordable ticketing is worth its weight in gold. But we also strive to make sure that every single ticket sold has a positive impact on our team, our planet and in our communities. We call this Growth on Purpose. We're carbon neutral (having offset our entire history of emissions across all three scopes), donate 1p to climate causes for every ticket sold through our Penny for the Planet initiative, and we're proudly a certified B Corp, joining a global community of businesses putting people and the planet first.

This platform is so easy to use from design to event. We had a family night at our Head Start program and the process for our parents and staff was efficient and entry to our event went wonderfully smooth. Bonus that we did not have to use any of our budget on ticketing!

Setting up my ticket shop was an absolute breeze. Configured in seconds flat and already loads better than what I was using before, plus all the proper controls, reports and bells and whistles you’d expect in the back end. Great customer service too, with questions answered very quickly 24/7

It looks as though most of the positive reviews here come from event organisers, who, regardless of the state of tickettailor's backend, still receive their money at the end of the day, so they're happy.
As a mere serf trying to purchase a ticket in a high-interest event, the experience is quite different. After doing everything right - opening the purchase link on time, redeeming my access code, etc. - I was met with a 404 not found error. After managing to navigate through that, I went from 11th in a queue and through to a ticket purchase page before facing a 504 gateway timeout splash screen which forced me to refresh and lose my place. Thanks a ton, guys! I am utterly astounded that in the year 2026, companies like these don't effectively scale their backends for traffic BEFORE high-interest sales events are launched. It's just astounding.

Awful experience with repeated website crashing that led to me being unable to secure a ticket, despite being at the front of the queue

I’ve used several ticketing platforms over the years, including Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, and DesignMyNight, and I can confidently say that Ticket Tailor stands out as the best.
I’ve been using Ticket Tailor for over three years now, selling close to 9,000 tickets annually, so this review comes from genuine, long-term experience. Their pricing model is one of the biggest advantages, while many competitors charge around 10% of the ticket value, Ticket Tailor uses a simple fixed fee (around 25p per ticket + your chosen processing fee company), and even offers better rates depending on your volume.
Another thing I appreciate is their transparency. Unlike other platforms that claim to “promote” your events (but mainly drive traffic to their own sites), Ticket Tailor focuses purely on providing a reliable and efficient ticketing service.
On top of that, they’re a certified B-Corp, and the platform itself is packed with useful features including a robust membership system, a highly customisable widget builder, and multi-checkout functionality.
Customer support has been exceptional. They offer 24/7 assistance, and I’ve personally received responses even when emailing at 4am, which is genuinely impressive.
They also conduct annual check-in Zoom calls, which shows they actively care about improving their service. During my last call, I mentioned wanting to switch payment processors from Stripe to Square for better rates. They took this feedback seriously and even discussed implementing Apple Pay and Google Pay something many users have been requesting. An email was just sent today, saying this is currently in progress and being implemented next month.
More recently, they also helped me set up a secondary box office, matching my PAYG rate, which allows me to separate my football and live music events. That level of flexibility and support really sets them apart.
Overall, I couldn’t recommend Ticket Tailor more highly.

Was trying to do some calendar embed stuff and things weren't working and via their AI chat, it directed me to a real person (Tara!) within minutes who was super helpful. I can't identify her in any way other than Tara but if you review reading people from ticket tailor see this, I hope she gets some sort of something because she was so helpful and kind!

I am a new promoter and I have started using ticket tailor and recently just done my first event. They are more generous with fees, offers and growth on their platform than other big contenders like Eventbrite. I moved over to save money initially, now I am staying due to the great tools and potential this platform has. I will be hosting my next event with tickettailor.

Their website is broken, and they have NO way to contact them directly about this (which is probably why it stays broken). They try to direct people to the sellers, even for matter that are theirs. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE from a desktop browser, they do not test their webpage. It appears to only work on mobile browsers.
I tried to book tickets for a popular event, and so it came up with:
You are in the queue. This page will automatically refresh, please do not close your browser.
This is a lie. The website never refreshes. If you manually refresh you get pushed further back in the queue. While waiting I was able to book tickets fine through the website on my mobile phone. Because of waiting I didn't get the tickets I wanted, as they had sold out by the time I tried a different route.
If you are an event organised and want happy customers, use a different ticketsite. They won't ever fix it because there's no way to report issues.

Ticket Tailor is a game changer for our events.
We are able to get information out to ticket holders, alter ticket questions based on buyer or attendee, and make edits on our end after the fact. We are super thankful for this program.
