Used for both selling and buying and the security of the site is impecable, at least when the tickets can only be transfered through TICKETMASTER, haven´t tried it with PDF tickets.

I contacted them a week ago because there wasn’t any option to sell my VIP ticket. They said to raise the matter to their team, which would come back to me in two to three working days, which did not happen. I then kept messaging them on the help chat and was ignored. I emailed them, and I got the same "the team will come back to you in two to three days" (the concert was on that third day). I sent them yet another message, and only then did they finally add the option for my VIP ticket five hours before the start of the concert. Result: it didn’t sell (I had made the price lower than what I bought because I cared more about it not going to waste rather than the price). So, worst customer service experience.

Never again - after buying faulty tickets on their platform and troubleshooting it for a MONTH they refuse to issue a refund. Their customer service team seem to be under water with refund requests due to the unprecedented number of scammers on the platform. They try to manage an imagine of a reputable platform ONLINE but they can't do anything about it.
Trust me, do NOT use them unless you want to lose your money, mess up you plans and then waste more time in endless discussions with their COMMERCIALLY INEPT staff.

Ticketswap had a ticket to a great show I couldn't find anywhere else, and I was so grateful for the quick and easy purchase! It was a sold out event (Berlin Philharmonic) and I was so happy!
When everything goes well, it is a pleasant platform. But I have an issue now, and I cannot get an answer. I was promised 2-3 working days a week ago in the app, and a working day via email. Both have passed already. The multi-day ticket for the festival lacks two days plus the combi ticket part; therefore, it is not valid.
I would like an urgent solution, but I cannot reach anyone.

The ticket is under the seller’s name, and the event organizers require ID that matches the name on the ticket at the entrance. I will not be able to enter the event under these conditions. The seller should have known that resale was only allowed through the event’s official platform and not on TicketSwap. This means the ticket is not valid for me, and I was effectively scammed. Therefore, I request a full refund.

Extremely poor verification process and support.
I uploaded both an official government-issued certificate of permanent address and a bank statement, and both were rejected without any clear explanation.
The address certificate is a valid legal document, including my full name, address, official stamp, and signature. Despite this, I only received generic copy-paste responses from support, with no specific feedback on what is actually wrong.
It is very clear that there is no proper manual review – everything seems to be handled automatically, without real consideration of the documents submitted.
This has caused unnecessary delays and wasted a lot of my time. For a platform that requires identity verification for payouts, this level of support is completely unacceptable.
If this is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further!

An excellent experience selling tickets.
I put my tickets up for sale short notice as I had started with sciatica and would be unable to sit still in my front row seat for the full performance. As it was 48hours prior to the show the site I bought my tickets off wouldn’t resell so I looked for a site with good reviews. I am not great with computers/technology but the process of uploading my tickets to sell was very straight forward. My tickets managed to sell the night before the show and I received a confirmation email saying I would receive the money 5 days after. The money has arrived in my bank as promised.
All in all a straight forward stress free process.
It was easier than create an own advertisement, and it was more safe.
Terrible customer service and app experience. Ticket wasn't release for 30 minutes after the money came out of my account and couldn't access the event. I've spent a week talking to AI chatbots with no actual customer agent engaging in my issues. Can't reccommend.
