Easy to use, and used many times, never had issues with any tickets bought on resale. Always a worry when see tickets available for less than face value, but again never had an issue

Used for both selling and buying and the security of the site is impecable, at least when the tickets can only be transfered through TICKETMASTER, haven´t tried it with PDF tickets.

I had a very disappointing experience with TicketSwap regarding a cancelled event (Verknipt Budapest, April 18).
I purchased two tickets via SecureSwap, expecting buyer protection. The event was officially cancelled, yet I still have not received any refund.
TicketSwap instructed me to contact the sellers directly. I did this multiple times, but neither seller responded for over two weeks. I then asked TicketSwap to intervene, as previously promised. Despite this, no effective action was taken.
Instead, I was repeatedly redirected back to the sellers, even though I have no control over their responsiveness. This defeats the purpose of SecureSwap and leaves buyers unprotected in practice.
At this point:
- the event is cancelled,
- the sellers are unresponsive,
- and TicketSwap has not provided a resolution.
This raises serious concerns about their buyer protection and refund handling process.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying tickets through TicketSwap carefully reviews how refunds are handled in case of cancelled events.
I hope TicketSwap will resolve this case properly and issue a full refund.
UPDATE:
After posting this review, TicketSwap replied publicly here saying they are “actively trying to contact the sellers and help resolve the situation.”
However, this directly contradicts what I was told via email.
In email communication, TicketSwap clearly stated that:
- they cannot assist further,
- they cannot enforce the refund,
- and I should resolve the issue myself — even suggesting contacting local authorities.
So at this point, I am receiving completely inconsistent information depending on the channel.
To summarise:
- the event has been officially cancelled,
- the sellers have been unresponsive for weeks,
- TicketSwap collected a service fee,
- but is not providing an actual solution or refund.
This raises serious concerns about how “buyer protection” works in practice.
I hope this case will finally be resolved properly, but based on my experience so far, buyers should be very careful.

Absolutely awful 😞
My friend Blagovesta Skerleva and I sold tickets mid March.
Our money haven’t been payed yet (22 April).
They know about it and are doing nothing. Extremely disrespectful!

it was my first purchase and it was very simple! I like simplicity!
Everything perfect.
Easy to upload, but with all the criteria that provide a sense of seriousness.
The ticket sold in a was few hours and low fee applied.
Amazing experience
I love this service, but it may cost less (I think its fees are high).
I have used Ticketswap many times before and never had a problem. But now that things went wrong I discovered that their customer support simply does not exist. It has been more than a week, and still no human interaction.
Bought a ticket to go to a concert in Amsterdam on April 12. When I got at the door, it claimed my ticket has already been used by someone else. Venue staff instructed me to take a picture of the error in their scan machine and get in touch with Ticketswap. Which I did.
But now it has been more than a week and still no human contact in their support, just endless chats with robots that are not helpful. I was also put in a chat in their app with the seller of the ticket, who claimed to have made a mistake and had agree to a refund. But there is simply no customer support to review this conversation and grant the refund. Just robots saying someone will review soon. And it has been like that for days.
I was a great advocate of the platform, having bought and sold tickets in several occasions the past. But their customer service experience is simply terrible.

TicketSwap is my solution for last-minute tickets. Sometimes it's actually better to rely on it because people who bought it and cannot go will often sell it at an underprice. If the event organization supports TS, it will generate a new ticket for you. That's epic.
Sellers are verified with phone numbers and Facebook accounts. TS also provides very good support. A lot of my friends also use it, and nobody has gotten 'scammed' yet.
Selling on TS is also very good and fast. It never happened to me that I did not sell my ticket.
Unfortunately my purchased ticket didnt work. I reached out to the company but never heard back.

Actual ticket is 60 euro for weekender. I got half. It's great savings for me and my wife.
This is a scam. I bought a floor ticket, but they took my money and sent me a seat in a ridiculously far-off section. Customer support is ignoring me.

Works as promised, easily listed a ticket for sale before, and now bought one for a different concert with no problems.

Great site sold some Sidemen tickets within 30min of adding an advert 💪🏻
I managed to sell my ticket extremely quickly but I did not get all my money back and lost about 6 euros.
But overall positive experience.
Account verifation takes too long and its stupid that till account is verifyed, tiekcts cant be listed just because of payout delay. Was not able to sell my tickets and lost 300 dollar, dont use it.
You just replied Singapore is not possible, i have bank accounts in other jurisdictions too.... you could have mentioned that in the onboarding... even worst
