e ticket help

I misspelled my email address when buying tickets so my e tickets failed to arrive. Problem instantly sorted by Dale.

Wrong email address

I mistakenly included an incorrect email address so contacted Ticket Source by email who responded within 5 minutes and resent the tickets to my correct email. Brilliant efficient & prompt service. Many thanks !

Using TicketSource is very…

Using TicketSource is very straightforward and easy to do from setting up your event, promoting and selling tickets and with the support you get. We use them for all school and local music events which involves lots of parents buying tickets and it has to be very simple for them!
Settlement always paid promptly without any fuss.
TS was recommended to us a few years ago and we would never go elsewhere as it works perfectly for us.

My booking

I booked with TicketSource but inadvertently deleted the email showing my seat numbers. I contacted TicketSource who almost immediately resent the email. Easy to contact no hassle .Thank you TicketSource I would recommend this company.
