Definetly a disaster, i've give the wrong address once, than Tickets75 ask me by email to send the money to deliver again with in the new address, i've never received the tickets, so I mail them again, they anwer me that i had to contact ups and that ups should take care of this, I called ups, they told me that this is not true, and that Tickets75 Shoud send me the tickets! so I've mail them again, no answer, now the concert is in 10 days, and it feels like they dont take care of it, if, i will lose 300 euro wort tickets!!!!!

Absolute disaster. I payed the delivery cost twice because they forgot to leave my phone number and forgot to give me tracking number(even I wrote them to remind about it). So fingers crossed that I will receive the tickets before the concert!

I have been a concerned for the whereabouts of my purchased tickets. I have never received any guarantee or assurance from the company, who have repeatedly told me the tickets had been delivered. I am still waiting on the tickets, not to mention a reply to my emails to date. The event is approaching, and tickets have not arrived (lost since November).
Ordered Premium tickets for 120 euro each, and received seats that were almost behind the stage!!!!
When checking the seats distribution, I noticed that indeed there is the possibility for them to assign to you a few of those miserable seats.
So Tickets75 is on the safe side...
However, they have lost a profitable customer and I will never EVER buy from them again.

I bought tickets and lost them (my mistake I know) and couldn't get into the venue. It's a stupid freaking process if you lose the physical copy of a ticket and not even have a qr code back up or email. Getting a letter from the owner is nice saying the lost tickets are in fact lost but its a stupid arcaic method of ticket delivery. Just order through ticketmaster because they're living in the 21st century

We were cheated by Tickets75, in a very despicable way: we have bought 4 tickets for Andre Rieu concert in Vienna, the 4 of May 2019. We chose the tickets in the Premium area to be as close as possible to the scene and to see as well as possible. We payed 180 euros for each ticket, 725 euros for all (shipping included). It’s important to notice that, on their website, its written very clear that they deliver the tickets “next working day” (to the “Rest of the EU, which includes Romania). After 2 weeks - TWO WEEKS - we still haven't received our tickets so than I've sent them an email, asking what happened. After 2 emails sent and a feedback form completed on their website, they finally have sent us the tracking number. Following that tracking number I've received, we understood that they had shipped the tickets after they received our emails (the same day). When I've finally received the tickets I was very shocked to find out that they are placed in zone C, where one ticket' price is 69 euro :(((. So, Premium Zone, on the Tickets75 site includes, in fact also the C zone, but with prices higher than double. So, stay away from this cheaters Tickets75. You won't receive any value for your money from them. In any case, I am going to file a complaint at the consumer protection office for they punish Tickets75 for cheating people.

I had ordered tickets for about 500 €. The tickets were delivered over a month later. At a time while I was on vacation. The tickets could not be delivered and went back to Tickets75. After my vacation I was asked by Tickets75 15 € processing fee to transfer. Then they would send me my tickets again I paid two months ago. When I explained my situation Tickets75 said that I should have informed them about it. And they told me that I got a tracking link from GLS. In fact, I never got this. For me, this is an impudence and blackmail! I will not order tickets there anymore.
My Feedback for the answer of Tickets75:
I was on vacation for 5 weeks !!! In the time came the shipping confirmation (which did not arrive with me), the tickets were delivered to the GLS shop and sent back after not picking up. I had no possibility to accept the delivery of the tickets. Why did not Tickets75 inform me when ordering that the shipment will arrive within this timeframe (but 2 days before)? Why did not Tickets75 tell me when ordering that I have to be home when accepting the delivery? This is not necessary with other providers. And now I should understand that Tickets75 does not do its job properly and pay the processing costs? I'm sorry, but that's a joke and rip-off! Why do you have a customer service if this service provides for tickets75 and not for the customer? I think Tickets75 did not understand the purpose of customer service. That's a shame because people like going to concerts. But there are luckily other providers in which it works wonderfully and know what customer service means.

We ordered 2 tickets in a premium category for a pretty high price as a present for an older couple. Comparing the prices to other websites and even though we only knew the block we really thought that we are getting a good offer .... taking into account we payed 500 euros for 2 tickets. After several email conversations I had in order to find out the seat numbers since I wanted to make sure my parents will be well seated, without any confirmation they just sent us the tickets that have a value of at least 100 euros less then we payed. Worst website ever. Will never again order from them.

Received tickets in a very timely fashion the following week after purchase.
Tickets overpriced, but ok. Worst thing was that once ordered the tickets did not arrive. Apparently they went back to the sender. So Tickets75 want to have an additional 15 EUR to resend them. Not sure if I will pay that since there is no guarantee that they will arrive this time.

I booked a good place for the concert of Jeff Lynne and paid 109€ for it and I got the cheapest one. This is simply a scam. I would recommend to avoid this Company.

Dynamic prices.
Good day.
I am one of disappointed customer which buy tickets per UFC fight night.
The price per ticket in the same sector has been decreased about more then 25 % during 5 days since my payment/order has been accepted. The explanation that prices are dynamic can be understandable if there is any gentle fluctuation but not differ which can cover better ticket from other sector.
That price policy is strange to me and i do not suggest your pages to customers as they could feel deceive as me.
One positive: your customer desk is really kind and helpful, but still not reason to buy ticket on your portal in future.

I ordered a ticket for BTS Berlin concert less than a month ago, and I have already received it today, 4 months before the concert! Even though it was an overseas shipment, I didn't have any major difficulties and whenever I had a problem, your customer service was always really helpful.Thank you so much for the great service!
Even tho I did not get my tickets on time, the Tickets75 staff was very helpful and sent me new ones with tracking. Thank you and keep being friendly and understanding.

Today at 6 AM I bought 4 tickets for BTS concert in Berlin.
After four hours I recived a message that inform me about acceptenc of my order, but later on after 13 hours I have recived another message with a title "cancellation your order "because technical difficulties occurred . I saw on the other pages tickets but the price difference between was much bigger . Sadly I wasn't able to bought the tickets even on the other pages because the email was sent 7 PM .
I am waiting for a good solution from you .
