Fantastic venue and concert
Essentially theft.

They take my money for concert tickets and then refuse to pay back when it turns out the concert is cancelled.
They started by sending an email saying they WILL refund. Then later sent an email stating that their cooperation with the concert vendor has stopped - and they want to make that my problem to contact this vendor to get my money back (the vendor doesn't answer the phone - seems the number is disconnected).
Ticketmaster is a middle-man business between customers and vendors. They should not be able to only be middle men when it suits them.

No resale payment received
I have sold tickets via resale and have not received any money until now (resale happened in February!)
I was told to reach out to Citibank (which can't apparently be contacted by private persons but my bank couldn't contact them as well) and the Ticketmaster was done with my issue. They were not helpful at all and basically told me that it is now my business to go and find the money. I lost any trust in them and I just hope I'll get my money someday!
Refund for cancelled Celine Dion's…
Refund for cancelled Celine Dion's concert was promised within 14 days. Money was not returned yet (since 26 May 2023). Another Formular was filled in by me. Still no money, no info. And records of purchased tickets for this concert had disappered from my profile. Terrible customer service. Only Auto e-mails coming, phone line is permanently busy. I am puzzled if any chance to get refund from TicketMaster DK.
Resale Success
Sold a ticket through resale and received my money a few days early. Danish ticketmaster is a lot better than British ticketmaster.
Covid excuses for they bad customer services
They charge it for a ticket that didnt give me it, then
their customer services is basically only a form and only with automated reply. Well, without any reply I had a refund but I dont have the ticket that I want it.
So, if you are going to buy in this website make sure of your confirmation.

My friend bought two tickets for Niall Horan next year. And I bought one on the same time. Mine went through and i got the tickets. But sadly her money was taken from her account and three days later there was still no tickets in sight. So we called Tickemaster I explained the situation and the woman was so helpful and so nice. My friend’s transaction never went through on their side so there was no tickets at all and they said they will refund it. So we were in a pickle, i had my ticket and they had none and the seats around my seat were all taken so the lady from ticketmaster said she can reserve us three seats again and refund my old ticket so I won’t be alone. I bought three new tickets and my was refunded the next day snd mu friends tickets were also refunded the next day. Everything went like she said it would, the refunds and the tickets in our accounts were updated instantly. We were worried because we are from Slovenia and the concert is in Denmark and sometimes things don’t go so fast and smoothly, especially refunds if you have a bank in another country. Extremely fast and understanding service and we can’t wait to travel to Denmark.
I had to sell back my tickets
I had to sell back my tickets to ticketmaster thru "resale", it's been 1,5 months and I still haven't gotten my money back. Called them multiple times, sent in on their website and no help. Last person who "helped" me on the Phone promised the money was on the way but a few days later I got an email that I still have the same problem to get the money back. Horrible costumer service, you get no help and no money back.
