This was the best Christian concert I…

This was the best Christian concert I have ever been to. I loved every single minute of the performance. You could feel the Holy Spirit moving through the audience I kept feeling goosebumps from the Holy Spirit. Also I loved how Mercy Me asked the audience to help with supporting international children of supporting them I’m one of them that is taking on one of the children. It’s something that I’ve wanted to do just really didn’t know how about doing it and I know it’s legit thank you Mercy Me for such a great experience….

the event was very unorganized…

the event was very unorganized especially for soundcheck. i was waiting in line for a long time to actually arrive inside the venue. soundcheck was supposed to be at 5pm but it didn’t start until around 6pm. i’ve been to united center countless times but this event was weird…

The show was great - the extra fees not so much

We really loved the show, and it was relatively easy to get the tickets. However, I was frustrated that we were supposed to use our phone as the tickets. I have limited data, and when we got to the venue, the site wouldn't load. The box office people kindly printed the paper tickets that Ticketmaster said we weren't allowed to have. We were also frustrated with the large fees for each ticket.

Fairly easy process to purchase

The process was easy and I was able to complete the purchase with no issues. I appreciate the fact that the fees are now included in the price I see when purchasing, not added on.
I still feel that the fees are excessive for the purchase price.

out of state purchase

Purchased tickets for a venue out of state - also prearranged parking and a hotel for the event. Everything was set up / went according to plan with no complications. Most convenient!

Identity theft concern

I just want to buy entry tickets to the event at the arena. Ticketmaster online wants all my personal information, face ID, full name, email, phone number, address, finger print, dna sample, stool sample, ssn, bank info, birth certificate and a signed power of attorney giving them full control of my life.
So i called ticket master customer service telling them i don’t want to give out all my personal info. My name, email should be enough. I just want to give them money in a one time exchange for some entry tickets. They said they can’t sell tickets to people who don’t have phones and phone number. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that’s against their policy. I asked to speak to her boss and she said that’s against their policy. I asked to speak to the person sitting next to her and she said that was against their policy. I asked them why they are prejudice against people who don’t have phones and they said answering that is against their policy. I asked why they can sell me tickets at the gate with out all my personal info but not over the phone or online and she said answering that is against their policy.
Let’s all do what we can to protect our identity and personal info. . Let’s put ticket master out of business. We need a better company selling event tickets. A company that cares about its customers and their help protect our ID from being stolen when their system gets hacked.

Had a great concert that only Bruce can…

Had a great concert that only Bruce can give you. We came early which made things easier. I'm not well experienced in electronics but the procedure to keep tickets on my phone was great. Had pretty good seats. The only thing that would have made it better was I didn't realize there were companies who buy parking tickets and than resell them so I bought the first ones I saw and paid too much for the parking.

Twice was amazing!

Twice was amazing and I cant wait to go see them again! Jeongyeon looked great in her cowgirl outfit! As for tickets the fees ticket master charges are insane still

Waited for two hours in a queue just to…

Waited for two hours in a queue just to be kicked out on slight computer lock, its 2026 why on earth can’t your placement in queue not be saved for say 5-10 min so if you have an issue you’re not completely screwed. Went to the back of the line and was unable to get tickets

Sunn O))) was one of the best shows…

Sunn O))) was one of the best shows I’ve ever attended. There is nothing like them and while it was epic, one time is enough. The sound was so loud even the earplugs could not hold back the brutal volume. There were moments when the sound penetrated my organs. It was unreal. The good news is I can replicate some of the punishing volume at home in the music room.

Ticket Master Had Higher Prices

I worried about the tickets not being readable at the door and the charge on my phone. This method of ticketing was very stressful. The increased cost of the tickets was unpleasant!
