my refundable booking
I have booked the refundable ticket on 17th Atjg for Queen. at first they announced for using Maybank premier 25'%discount. I can not find how to do it. and I bought the refundable ticket which is higher than normal ticket .
after I paid I only got general e-mail . no booking number and no receipt. and no refund policy . after that try to refund due to my personal reason, they insist only special reason to be accepted. I did not know about it as there is no information. and I did not get booking number. this is very very un kind way. better be careful to book. I am so disappointed!
I found the ticketing system…inflexible & useless.
I found the ticketing system ridiculously inflexible. Tried buying tickets to the sound o[f music online and the seats were automatically allocated which I found to be too near the stage. Therefore I called the customer service & was told to do it online. She also informed (very coldly) that buying through them is the same. When I queried if there any other seats away from from the stage and her reply was, they were unable to check. When I queried if walking into Istana Budaya to buy would make any difference. Her answer was NO.
What kind of halfwit system is this?? I cannot believe that their ticketing system is 100% automated & so inflexible that we can't even check if seats were available? Well either the system is really at fault or customer service stinks.

Trying very hard to purchase concert ticket for Jay Chou on 1/6 and 3/6 but the website just kept corrupted again and again when finally is our turn to select tickets...Showing insufficient tickets even select only 1 ticket... Why? In that case the website should closed for selling right?
Let's have a efficient way to sell tickets next time... I rather prefer the old school way of get physically queueing than this nonsense, spending hours to see your website loading and loading for nothing...

Trying to create an account in Telecharge and buying 2 tickets for 372 USD for The Opera Phantom was frustrating, and I think it shouldn't be.
1-I tried to create an account using 2 laptops and 3 different e-mails, the system showed me every time:

2-We ended up "buying" tickets after 40 min., as "Guests", but even then the system managed to ruin the experience and even we are pretty sure we introduced the propper Credit Card data, the system replaced the owner's name (mine), for one that we had used previously when we were trying to create an account.
3-Right now, we don't know if the purchase will be accepted, the order number is

4-Please keep in mind, that for many tourists, your web is one of the first impressions with your beautiful city
5-We would suggest adding an option to Log In using Facebook, Gmail, Instagram, or another social network account

I don't get emails on my phone as the small print on my phone triggers migraines

I appreciate that I was able to hold on to the ticket during my second attempt, but my first attempt wouldn’t let me purchase the ticket that I was trying to get. I would prefer that the ticket is secured for a set time before deciding to sell it off for another person.

Purchased tickets to Kinky Boots for my Granddaughters' Christmas present. We live in Northern Wyoming the show is in Denver. Planning on spending a few days in Denver and seeing the show together. Found ordering online, while on the phone with an agent a little confusing ! I was concerned with double billing ! I thought the service fees high and wondered if it included the insurance protection . It doesn't and I wasn't allowed to add the insurance protection fee after the transaction was completed. Realizing we would be traveling from Wyoming to Denver during March when the possibility of snow storms are strong, it would have given me piece of mind knowing we could rebook the show and not miss out completely !
