Please avoide at all costs they are a scam. Took 900 pounds from me and requested 405 more. I requested for a refund and they asked me to give them my cvv via call and the 405 will be refunded and and i will be upgraded to premium economy. The team names are zain,hamza and josaph and dont have any refund policy. Zain told me the tickets were refundable and flexible but when they were unable to book or by the ticket after payment they said the money is not refundable?? So confusing if there is no ticket that means the money has not been accepted. Please save your money and use google flight and reports these scams.
If you need proof i have got their conversations and emails. With their logo, site name and number.
I know that can not be resolved as your agents have now blocked me after abusing me on voice messages.
I will not be taking of this review as i am telling the truth and i have proof. Emails from your offices and everything. I have also notified the authorise to investigate this further as alot of people have had the same problem and the same message was sent to them via trust point.

Came across their online ad at a time when I was thinking of booking a family holiday to Pakistan. The offer seemed too good to be true, but I thought I'd just call to get a feel for what the prices would be like on our desired dates. It's extremely hard to trust anyone these days and with my friends having recently been scammed by an agent, I had no intention of booking with a third party. However Abraham was extremely reassuring and put forward a deal that was just impossible to refuse. So much so my family became suspicious and I started hesitating too, but he immediately put all our doubts to rest. Even after booking our tickets, he frequently kept in contact and informed us of any promotions they had running which gave us further reassurance.
Abraham has become my first point of contact whenever anyone around me wants to travel. We've confidently had him book multiple flights for extended family because I know he'll exert himself to find us the best deals.

Not a good experience
Initially, it started very well - very polite, etc. I was given a reasonable price for my flight. But as I expected and, in spite of warning them beforehand, they said that the airline is asking for more money. As my deposit did not go through due to Mastercard & bank suspected of fraud, they did not contact me on the next day as they promised. If my deposit went through, I could have been faced with issues to get my deposit back.

I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as my experience has proven them to be deceptive and fraudulent. They present themselves as offering a cashback scheme, claiming access to exclusive promotional deals, but this is far from the truth. I was misled into believing that I would receive exceptional offers and an unforgettable holiday, only to be defrauded of a significant sum of money.
After taking £2,400 from my account and an additional £3,172 from my credit card, the individual named Hamza assured me that he would handle all bookings, including flights and accommodations. He promised a seamless experience, but once the payments were processed, communication abruptly ceased. Despite my repeated requests, there was no proof of any bookings, no confirmation of flights or hotels, and the invoices provided were clearly fabricated.
Alarm bells started ringing when my bank flagged the transactions as potentially fraudulent. Despite these warnings, Hamza and his colleagues applied relentless pressure over the phone, urging me to authorize the payments. Against my better judgment, I proceeded, only to realize that I had been scammed. After taking a total of £5,571, Hamza cut off all communication, and his behavior drastically changed. It became apparent that I had fallen victim to an elaborate scheme.
To date, I have not received a single piece of evidence for the trip that was promised. This company's operation is nothing short of a scam, designed to steal money from unsuspecting customers. Their five-star reviews are clearly fabricated, likely generated by bots, as no real customer could endorse such dishonesty.
It is also worth noting that this company was only established on April 7, 2024, further raising suspicions about their credibility. I urge everyone to stay far away from this fraudulent business. They are skilled scammers with no intention of delivering the services they claim to offer. Do not be deceived as I was—this company will rob you of your money and disappear without a trace.
