I read the Ticket Busters claim about what they can do for people who get traffic citations. Their commercial stated: "If you do get a traffic ticket in California, don’t worry about making up excuses, just give TicketBust a call at 800-850-8038 and in 5 minutes we can get your information and begin helping you fight that traffic ticket."
Their claim is to help by either get rid of the charges or partial refund. They asked me to do all the work, fill out all document etc. plus pay them $179 fee and pay the court $489 the full amount of the citation so I get it refuned later!
After a while, I received a reply from the court denying my plee and forfeiting the whole amount. I asked what did Ticket Busters do? Nothing, that was the answer! I asked for a refund, their answer was: too bad we don't refund, we already stated that we might not help at all! What a company! I want all to know this fact.

A coworker referred them to me after they were successful in getting his red light ticket dismissed, even though the city cameras took a crystal clear photo of him running it!

I took his advice and had Ticketbust help me with a lane change violation. It saved me hundreds considering the ticket fee, the increase to auto insurance, not to mention the traffic school cost I would have incurred to keep it off my driving record.

Did not win the case. 2 cars drove passed me while I was going 46 mph. The officer acknowledged that he saw them pass me. He said I was trying to catch up to them. He turned on his lights before I even passed him. This officer was out to get my car from the beginning
