J’ai réservé une visite pour Alcatraz, j’ai reçu un mail de confirmation et une heure après un mail d’annulation me demandant de choisir un nouvel horaire. Étant de passage à San Francisco je ne peux pas changer la date. J’ai envoyé mail exigeant un remboursement je n ai pas eut de réponse . À éviter ce n’est pas fiable
I booked a visit to Alcatraz, I received a confirmation email and an hour after a cancellation email asking me to choose a new schedule. Being only passing through San Francisco for 2 days I can not change the date. I sent mail demanding a refund I did not get an answer. To avoid this is not reliable
