If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional travel company I dealt with, I am even inclined to think they are just a scam company.
I bought tickets with this company 2 days ago. One day later they sent me an email stating they could not confirm my reservation because the tickets were no longer available with the airline company and so I should provide them my bank details for refund, which I did. Of course then I got new tickets (from a different travel agency).
Today they sent me an email (replying to my message providing details for refunding) informing me they have already sent me the ticket confirmation in a separate email. Funny fact, they didnt, no email in spam, promotions or any other inbox folder. Even if they did, of course after they informed me the tickets were no longer available, I got different ones and so I am expecting the refund.
Even more, it is really hard to contact their costumer service and they always reply more than 24h after your contact by email/message.

i received a booking confirmation for my flight but on the day of the flight i found out the airline had never confirmed my flight. ticket.dk/ ticket.se / ticket.fi service hadn't contacted me nor tried to pay back my money. i had to buy expensive new flights and i'm still waiting for the refund on the original tickets.

Bad customer service
My direct flight got cancelled and the options given were absolutely terrible. It’s also a difficult process to change the flight to the one that is most convenient for you. Customer also has to sacrifice a lot of his own time trying to solve the mess.

This sounds a lot like a scam.
The flight I was looking for was cheapest with Ticket.fi - until it was time to pay. Then the system notified me that the price has gone up by 17 euros per person.
I checked the flights again, and the listed price was still the same as it was before. I tried to book again - same message. And I was careful to untick every extra feature they tried to sell me.
Well i stopped there and booked with Supersaver (with the price being about the same). Now I received and email from Ticket.fi that I have made a reservation and I have to pay it. I had tried to make a reservation but aborted it. Now this, I think, is scammy. I will just leave that message as it is, but some people might panic in the same situation and try to contact them (they haven't provided an easy way to contact them) and cancel the reservation.
Don't book with Ticket.fi.

Sometimes the price is updated at the same time you make the booking, which makes it a bit more expensive. Prices change depending on availability so when availability becomes lower then the price of tickets increases.
You do not need to pay the order if you don't want but you get an e-mail from us saying thank you for your booking to make sure you have your order number if you want to proceed.

The fee for changing the flight to a different flight was unreasoble. I by mistake had clicked on the wrong date. It was cheaper to buy a new ticket for the other flight!
