The company seems great
The company seems great. I like the products :the foaming handwash refills are convenient and good to use. The bamboo toilet rolls are beautifully presented (you can reuse the outers as wrapping paper) and the rolls are larger than normal and the sheets are sturdy.
The only reason I’m scoring 4 is because it took DPD several attempts to deliver, because they had somehow got the wrong address for me (they were trying to deliver to a numbered house though our house has a name). But someone from Tiboo rang me and sorted the problem out professionally and quickly.

Great products, even better customer service
I ordered a few bamboo cleaning items and they are very good and they feel much better then plastic alternatives. I was accidentally sent 2 of the same item instead of 1 of the items I ordered, they sent out the item that was missed and it was delivered within 2 days with no extra charge which is brilliant customer service. I will definitely order again.
