What is wrong with Tibi.com

What is wrong with Tibi.com? I placed the order #496532. Then I received a message from Tibi, quote: "Order 496532 was flagged by our fraud department and is currently being held.
 
For this order to ship, Tibi.com requires a valid passport matching the information provided to Tibi.com within 5 business days.
 
If Tibi.com does not receive this information, the order will be cancelled.".

Tibi, are you okay? You need my passport? Maybe a social security number as well? Or my bank account details with all passwords?
