Great app, simple rules, friendly tone.
Saving money.

Great monthly bills based on usage

Great monthly bills based on usage. Great overview of electricity prices. Also the integration of my Kostal inverter. Please also integrate the Shelly products so that they can be controlled automatically when electricity is cheap.

Mostly good, app is getting worse

They’re trying but bugs keep popping up in the app more and more, AI chat is totally useless, and human service is slow and can only suggest workarounds.
Overall it’s a great idea but the app needs more work.

More expensive than other contracts

If you are driving an electric car, you can use cheap times to recharge your car. If not having an electric car it's more expensive with Tibber. I'm a little bit disappointed that the average per day most of the time is higher than my last contract. In addition, Tibber's fees are very high on a percentage basis for low consumption, causing the average price to rise quickly.
