We decided to visit Tiago when my eternity ring broke and were not disappointed. David provided us with excellent advice which ultimately led to me having both the eternity ring and engagement ring reset. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and I could not be happier with my beautiful rings. If you are looking for high quality bespoke jewellery and excellent customer care I would highly recommend Tiago.

From to start to finish we always felt part of the journey with regular updates with pictures as well as the personal attention when we visited the store, they took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us to bring it to life, The end result is a Fantastic one off bespoke Ring to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary, I cant speak highly enough about our experience and would defiantly recommend them for anyone who is looking for that special one off piece of Jewellery.

Got our Sheffield steel wedding rings from Tiago which were for our elopement to New York. Really helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend them. Rings are lovely and everyone comments on how nice they are.

We loved having our wedding rings made by Tiago jewellery! We wanted a personal and bespoke design experience with a jeweller who took on board our ideas and designs whilst sharing practical and honest advice about would and wouldn’t work - David gave us just that. At each visit we always felt as though we were given all the time we wanted and never rushed into anything. The whole team were so approachable and welcoming. It was a lovely experience & exciting to see the ring design come to life via CAD, 3D printing & stone selection, all helping to visualise the end piece which was perfect!

I wanted an “J” initial diamond necklace for my daughter’s graduation gift, but due to a close family bereavement I left it really late. I emailed Tiago with my requirements, and within a day they had sourced the piece and agreed a delivery date to meet my requirements. Thank you so much to Jane for all your help, this kind of customer service is very rare these days. I will use Tiago as my go to jewellers in the future.

A great experience in regards to customer service, friendliness and a superb quality ring. I unfortunately left my wedding ring purchase to the last minute. Jane and Lily helped me try on quite a few rings with no pressure and after I chose one that suited me they had it made in a time that suited my wedding day. Had a chat with David when I went in to collect the ring and what a passionate and proud person he is about his store and the fact that his jewelry is made in Sheffield, which is the reason I went to them in the first place. I would recommend.

I bought my partner a beautiful Sheffield steel, made in Sheffield ring as an eternity ring - the perfect match for us. The lady (Jane I think) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gave me a temporary one to take away as a surprise and then we came back later for a fitting and engraving. A really pleasurable experience.

Engagement!!

So I came to the lovely people at Tiago for an engagement ring, my initial plan was to keep it all a complete secret and a surprise from my partner. I got the help and advice from Jane and she was able to guide me down the route of a ring called a proposal ring. It was such an amazing idea, as after my partner said yes we went back to the shop and she chose exactly what she wanted. This meant I didn’t have any risk of picking the wrong ring which was such a big weight off my shoulders!

When we both went to Tiago to choose the ring she was going to have forever, David was fantastic and went through every detail making the day special as my partner got to get clarification on every option. David didn’t want to pressure us in any way, he gave us great options to suit our budget and we came out with the most beautiful ring. The whole experience was amazing and we can’t thank the Tiago team enough. Their expertise really made it easy for us to choose a ring on the day! We will definitely be back in the future for Wedding rings and future jewellery.

Used Tiago for the first time recently when I had to take my engagement ring in for repair only to find it needed virtually remaking! David was so helpful and knowledgeable and has now made me a beautiful sentimental piece of jewellery combining my original ring with my grandmother's wedding ring. Would definitely recommend!

Dave’s extensive knowledge of jewellery, impeccable attention to detail and patience (whilst trying on just about every possible style) all meant we came away with the perfect rings. During our appointments with Dave he listened very carefully to our likes & dislikes and offered his expert advice where appropriate.
We travelled especially to go to Tiago for our wedding rings, but they also sell so many other beautiful pieces of jewellery. It’s also great being able to see through to the workshop where some of the magic happens!!
