I am confused ! Is this the online fashion line TiaFord? , Or has this site misspelled the name incorrectly ? I'm terrified to order if this is in fact Tiaford. Can anyone answer this ?

Ordered the celine tote bag at the beginning of Feb. Didn’t receive confirmation email. Logged in and order number given doesn’t exist. Sent emails and had no response. Not received any bag off them.

Reported to bank.

Please please avoid this company, they are the worst!!!

Bag took forever to come and is not like the photos, small and terrible quality. Very disappointed

I paid £30 for a “celine tote bag” which was trending on tiktok.
During the time between ordering the bag and receiving the bag, I received a handful of emails from Tiafour assuring me that shipping wouldn’t be imminent due to their “quality control team” carefully assessing each item before it gets shipped out to the consumer.

The bag arrived 3.5 weeks after I placed my order and is NOTHING like the image on their website. It’s cheap, the material is absolutely crap and the bag looks as though it would fall apart if it was to carry anything heavier than a pencil.

I would love to know what they pay their customer service team for or if they even exist as DO NOT respond to anything you send them.

Hands down the worst thing I’ve ever bought.

Don’t bother. Avoid at all costs.

Like many others, I fell into the trap of buying the celine tote bag from TikTok shop and it’s nothing like what’s being advertised. It’s a lot smaller and cheap looking. I have emailed them twice trying to organise a return and refund but getting radio silence. AVOID!!

Ordered bag from instagram link and no replies to attempts to get update or refund.

Purchased celine bag after seeing it on TikTok ad. 3 weeks later still no signs of the bag and they do not respond to emails.

I bought the Celine tote bag after seeing an AD on tik tok. Do not do it. I paid for it 12 days ago and it has still not come. I have emailed customer service and they have not gotten back to me. After seeing the other reviews i don’t have much hope that it will even be nice.

Scam, linked on Tik Tok shop to items which clearly aren't theirs. Celine Tote is a cheap and nasty imitation. Contacted for refund, no reply. Buyers beware.

I completely agree with the previous review. I too ordered the Celine spacious tote bag. The images show a pink interior with enough space to put a laptop in a section which can be taken out and a Stanley cup. it's small, no pockets that can be taken out as stated on the advertisement and website and any Stanley cup would hang out of this bag! I have messaged customer service but hold out no hope that I will hear from them. This item was a complete rip off. DO NOT BUY IT.

Bought the “celine spacious tote” and after a week of it not being dispatched, I tried to cancel the order. Unsurprisingly, I was never contacted about the cancellation. 2 weeks later, the bag has finally arrived and is absolutely nothing like the photos and description on the website. It’s cheap and nasty and not even the same bag. Once again emailed customer service and, shocker, I’ve not had a response! So angry. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
