These are beautiful earrings but unfortunately one of them doesn’t fasten so they can’t be worn. I’m not sure whether they can be exchanged or if I can get a refund?

Absolutely fantastic!!

Ordered a ring, it arrived and was lovely but I picked the wrong size. One email later and it's on the way back for a refund and I re-ordered. The refund was processed as soon as the ring got to their offices and the replacement was here within a few days.

I wanted a wedding ring that didn't cost the earth, but that looked amazing and with a twist. I ended up choosing the "4mm Wide Double Groove Titanium Ring", which has a lovely asymmetry and allowed for customisable anodising (a process that allows for colouring of the metal through oxidation).

The Imperial Purple grooves aren't like anything I could find elsewhere and I'm really happy at having chosen a titanium ring and gone with Ti2_Titanium. They answered my questions quickly and the ring was ready and delivered in a week, which included the laser engraving on the inside.

This company provided the perfect product from my brief. I actually spoke to the people involved in the design of the item and they were open to all suggestions.

I bought a second set of earrings a few months ago, and had an issue getting them to close properly - I contacted customer services and Ruth solved the issue straight away, haven't had any issues with them since! Super friendly service and I really love the earrings :)
