I waited for my order for months then I issued a refund and waited for that for more months. until I got into a very bad situation and missed on paying my bills I told him I was coming to him in person. only then I received my refund. fortunately for him it was before we met. I wish we got the chance to get to know each other it's a shame.

Okay so I wanted to buy a PS5 as a gift for my cousin, long story short, it was a scam. He even had the audacity to reassure me “Don’t worry it’s coming tomorrow” after it had been late for over a week. I wont forget you Mr Singh, I should have known it was a scam as soon as I saw your name, but I won in the end didn’t I Mr Singh? I reported this to the police, and Mr Singh still decided to give the same answer “It will come tomorrow” not even to me, but to the police… 2 days later they threatened Mr Singh again, and I got my money back, you weren’t very clever in the end were you Mr Singh? For anyone reading, don’t buy anything from this SMELLY scammer, save yourself the stress. Remember, if it’s a Singh? Get ready to sing, to the police.

This shop is a scam and the owner a thief. I ordered PS5 slim edition in Feb 2024 online. Had to pay via Bancontact. Never got anything in return. Contacted the Consumer Union to go after the business.

that is clearly scam don't buy anything from this site I ordered a PlayStation 5 on March 7th, and after 5 days I didn't receive anything,than I sent a message more than once to cancel the order.After several attempts, they sent me an email stating that my order was canceled and I would receive a refund within a maximum of 14 days.and after that I can't find them anymore and till now I didn't receive my money back

Ordered Playstation 5 on 13 of March with pick up option. I got only promises “will be next week ready” then I got email stated that "it will be in one week". Then after waiting for 20 days more I simply ordered it from another place and it was delivered on the next day. I requested refund from ti-84shop in the beginning of April since the delivery dates were not matched as promised. They were giving promises every week that they will transfer money back. I was calling every week and they treat me only with promises. I had to come to their office directly and talk to them, only after that face-to-face they did return the money.
They reported my feedback on google maps and many of "hate" reviews they report and that's how they have a nice rating on google maps.

This site and his owner are total scammers. I purchased a PS 5 Slim on 03 January, it was supposed to arrive by 17 January,but it was never shipped. I tried multiple times to reach via phone and emails, but never got any response. I cancelled my order and requested a refund, but I didn't get my money back. Stay away from this internet seller!

I ordered a PS5 from this site on Jan 15, which never arrived.
On February 11, I threatened to report them to the authorities, following which my order was cancelled, and I have been waiting for my refund ever since.
I doubt that I will get my money back. To me, this site looks like a SCAM!

Scam!! Ordered PS5 on 21 November 2023. Promised delivery in one week. After 2 weeks we cancelled. Were told that we would get the money refunded.... After many emails/call/WhatsApp messages and empty promises, still nothing.

We bought a product on jan. 1st that costed us 419,89 euros and we never recieved the product. We asked those people to pay us back because our package still didn't arrive jan. 8 without a notification that it would arrive, he makes false promises about paying back.

This is a one man company owned by a literal thief named Amarsingh. You’ll never receive your order or your money back. Involve the police immediately.

Purchase never received or refunded
I ordered a PS5 in November, but the order was never shipped. After a month, I cancelled the order and was promised for a refund which I never received. Customer service stopped replying or gave vague excuses. I still haven't received my money back after two months.

I have bought a Playstation for my son in Nov and did not receive any updates for delivery. After following up I get a one liner that they do not have stock. No plan of action. You can’t phone them. They do not respond to emails. Eventually had to cancel. It is now over a month that I am trying to get my refund back. They keep responding with apologies we will resolve this but it never happens. Week after week, I follow up and no refund. Just excuse after excuse. This is stealing and they should be brought to justice. Do not buy anything from them

I ordered PlayStation,on which was supposed to be in stock - still showing as in stock. PlayStationion and repeatpromisessed to refund my money = no money has berepaidded - order 134347.It'sts a total scam. I will pursue further through all aven,ues don'tdont buy anthing from them. I will also report to the police as i tit'sk its an organised extortion. UPDATE: they are still promising to send a refund but they give a date and no refund comes. they send me an invoice which shows a refund but not refund has been received. I have asked for details to make a formal complaint but i am being ignored on whatsapp and on email and they are not answering the phone. BEWARE dont buy anything here,

What a joke of a company, giving playstation 5 deals out that they don't have stock on, not meeting delivery dates then saying they have no idea when it will be delivered.
please stay away from this company, not worth the hassle they put you through.
because of this company i have lost out on getting a PS5 deal anywhere else due to them taking ages to give me my money back, this place should be shut down.
i registered a complaint with ACM ConsuWijzer.
then i spoke with incassocenter who opened a case against them and forced them to pay me back the full amount or receive a penalty from the government, they also had to pay the fees from incassocenter,
