If you are an international customer, do not buy from them! If you need to return their product, they do not cover the shipping back to them (which cost me $70CDN) and they do not refund taxes (another $35CDN) So I paid a third of the price of the boots just to return them...
Plus their sizing is way off. I followed their direction and measured my feet. Ordered what they recommended and the boots were massive.

EDIT: Customer Services got back to me. They are sending a new pair immediately and have told me to donate the wrong pair that I received. So all in all, while the issue was frustrating, they have resolved it quickly and fairly.

Boots arrived today after a delay in shipping. Upon opening the box, they were dirty and clearly worn before. One of the leather panels was wrinkled, and to top it off, they’d sent the wrong size, though the box said the right size.
Clearly, someone had exchanged them previously, sent them back dirty and in the wrong box. These were then restocked and sent to me.
Currently waiting to hear back about how they are going to fix this, but given the shipping costs and customs duties, I’m sure I’ll face a big bill due to their incompetence. Given that I can see similar issues faced by other people on here, this doesn’t seem a one off.
I’m really disappointed as I have a previous pair of Thursdays and they’re great.
I’ll update the review once I hear back from customers service, but given that the first response was a holding email asking me to resend info I had already sent, I’m not confident.

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I was hesitant to order anything from TBC. But their website was so well laid out, all the products looked incredible and my sort of styles. So I took a risk and bought my first pair of boots, Tobacco Legend. Delivery took a while as it’s coming from the US, but when they arrived I was disappointed as the box said Tobacco Legend, but the boots were the Cavalier style. I contacted Customer Service via email and spoke to Mechie who was so helpful and considerate. I sent the boots back and the shipping cost was reimbursed to me due to the error and a new shipment was sent out. When they arrived they were the correct boots and they smelled amazing, love the smell of proper real, genuine leather. The boots are of exceptional quality. They are well made, sturdy and look so good. So good that I ordered a pair of Hero Mustang and then Stomper Black (no zipper) and then the Union Bomber Jacket. Every single item is incredible in its own right, very well constructed. They now form my essentials when going out and dressing up. Great company. Will order again in the future

I ordered these boots without realising they were from a US based company. All the prices were in £'s (without asking did I want to switch to £s etc).
Had I known, I absolutely wouldn't have placed the order.
Boots arrived, and even after going through the company's sizing procedure were way too small.
Returning them cost over £80 in postage!!
For whatever reason the return failed and the boots arrived back at my house a few weeks later (obviously this wasn't the company's fault), so I'm going to stick them on eBay to cut my losses.
I did get responses from customer services, but no acknowedgment about flagging to customers from the UK that they're on a US site.

Customer service was terrible. Took over a week for them to reply and when they did reply, they did not give the information that I asked for I received a generic email. Very frustrating had to send another email, and the excuse was the customer service rep was out sick. I was shocked that they only have one customer service rep. Because it was taking so long to get a reply from customer service I ended up ordering two different sizes of the penny loafer. I will tell you that she was beautiful. I will also tell you that they are very, very heavy. Walking around the house on wooden floors it was like Herman Munster clamping around the house. The leather is very very hard and I don’t know how you would break these shoes in. I was very disappointed because the shoe is beautiful. I will give it that. But I am of the belief you shouldn’t have to break a shoe in. It should be comfortable from day one
When I went back and read the reviews, I found it strange all the reviews were four and five star reviews.
I was sent a link to review my shoe and after three weeks my review was not posted because my review was not four or five stars
I have to believe these are fake reviews on this website
The low rating is due to the poor customer service and the shoes just aren’t comfortable bottom line.

You sat on my return for 24 days, no refund until I contacted Chase Visa. Your reply is clever but you still pick and choose which reviews you post. I stick with only 4 or 5 star reviews are only posted to your site 🤬

I have to say ive brought 6 pairs of boots in as many months 4 challenger 1 captian heritage and 1 usa made logger and ive not had any problems i think there excellant boots espicially the black label ones top leathers and very well made so very happy will defo buy some more black label.ones once im able.also great customer service

Extremely poor quality products. Timberland and Doc Martens far superior in quality and craftsmanship. I would 100% avoid. I bought two pairs and both of them lost their shape and leather started to peel. I would steer clear of this company.
Update: the company reached out to me via email and decided to answer my question on email here. How ironic.

If you live in the UK, DO NOT ORDER unless you are 100% confident you will like the product and it will fit, otherwise it will cost you £30-£40 to return and another £25 to get a replacement size….

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Customer service was always back to me day-of and replaced a pair of boots that had a minor eyelet defect for free and very quickly. They were kind and helpful the entire way though. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will definitely be purchasing through Thursday again and recommend to anyone on the fence!

I paid for and was expecting to receive brand-new, unused pair of boots, but got a clearly worn pair instead — with ankle creases, several scuff marks, and dirt on the soles. There was even a return label inside the box, confirming that the pair had already been returned by someone else. I have never had this kind of experience with a purchase. Really disappointing for a brand I expected better from. Beware.

if you are international customer and incase there is a return requirement, pls think twice to buy from Thursday. The return cost (shipping and custom/VAT etc) would be half the boot's price.

I won't use this company again.
Purchased Diplomat, Burnt Copper in the size they recommended.
Arrived but too small.
Cost me £61 to return (cheapest option).
If you want a replacement pair they charge you an additional £25.
They're really not worth that much..

I've been looking for a solid bomber jacket for a while now, as I've had a particular style in mind. This jacket was everything I was looking for, aesthetically, and I was jazzed about the reviews.
I've had this jacket for about 6 weeks now, and while the jacket looks great, I am already noticing a few issues that concern me about it's longevity.
The stitching around the wrist cuffs is starting to come loose, there is fraying around the zipper panel, and a noticeable amount of (white) insulation peaking through the jacket's shell.
I’ve worn this jacket intermittently, and take great care to keep it in good condition, so I am somewhat disappointed the overall quality of this jacket, especially for the price.
Hopefully this is just an issue with the particular jacket I received, but with minimal wear, I’m concerned for how this will fare leading into the colder months.

Unrelated but worth mentioning, I received a pair of the Quest boots last Christmas, (1/2 size smaller than my usual based on the size guide), but they’re unfortunately way too small. Due to when the order was placed (to accommodate for the holiday), the return/exchange window was closed, huge bummer for an expensive gift that is effectively unworn.

I purchased a pair of Stormking Captain boots 11 months ago and they are very good boots. With that said, the outsole started to pull away from the boot after about 9 months. I contacted Thursday and after sending pictures that they requested, sent me a brand new pair of boots and directed me to a recommended local cobbler in case of future issues. Not only that, but they allowed me to keep my first pair which I will repair and use as well! Stunning customer service that is exceedingly rare. I highly recommend.

I am UK based and bought some trainers online. I wasn't aware the company was US based and missed that it was US sizing so accidentally ordered a US 8.5 which was too small. No problem, I can use their "Easy Returns & Exchanges".
Went I went to exchange the trainers I found out I had to ship them to Ohio, which cost me £34. Not what I'd call easy.
After more than two weeks after the trainers were confirmed as delivered back to the company, I finally got a refund of £112.50 for my £135 trainers. When I queried this I was told this was for import duties so they couldn't refund it and pointed my at some T&Cs. On my order it was not made clear at any point that any of my cost was not directly for the shoes. It explicitly stated £0.00 tax.
At this point I was £56 and a lot of time emailing down for nothing other than an offer of a $25 voucher for a company I would never buy from again.
If you are an international buyer, I would avoid this company at all costs.

I received new boots as a gift and after 10 months or so they developed a squeak with each step. After a short e-mail the Thursday customer service group reviewed the claim and offered to send a new pair out the next day.
The boots are a good product, easy to break in, and the customer service has been great.

My first pair of boots was so great I ordered a second pair a year later. This time I ordered a pair that had a zipper on the side. Unfortunately the zipper was defective on one of the boots. Customer service was extreemly prompted getting a pair on the way hour after emailing them.
