This is by far the worst customer service I have had so far regarding Kickstarter games.
My pledge never arrived, I was provided a tracking number (DHL) where the status has not changed for 27 (!!!) days now. I also informed Thundergryph (Cris), and my last 3 emails were not even replied at all anymore.
I am out €152 for a game that was due in February 2025. Not only is the product a year late, but the company is now actively misleading me. They claimed a "courier" tried to contact me, yet BackerKit shows nothing has shipped and no tracking number exists.
To make matters worse, they asked for my bank details to issue a "full refund," but as soon as I provided them, they stopped responding entirely. They are clearly just stalling for time.
This company is a scam and the reason why people are losing faith in supporting small creators.
Save your money and stay away.
