We ordered 200st plants in July and paid in beginning of September, after push them a lot, they delivered in the beginning of nov. , after short time, winter came and was frozen , and all plants died after winter. We called them and described how the plants look like, followed their suggestion to have water pipe to give water all the time, and cut off those died branches(didn’t think about to record the phone call) . all plants still died after that. We mailed/called them, they refused to give garanti and claimed that we shouldn’t cut the branches , and we can’t provide the phone call evidence…….The thing is , we followed their guide to cut the branches to try to save the plants….. it’s really very bad experience from this company, will never recommend!

Extremly bad, poor plants delivered and 95% died within 6 weeks. No response from the company when I called for the promised 100% guarantee. These guys are not trustworthy. Dont by from them

Be careful. Do not buy from them. They sell dead plants, and you will not get your right! Please be careful and better buy in the shop.

Had ordered approx 40 plants. They supplied a few plants of much smaller size than what I had ordered. When I complained to them they said, they can just pay the difference and cannot take the plants back as they are already delivered. What logic is that? They are expecting the customers to pay for they company's mistake. Have seen such a thing for the first time. Any decent company should have rectified their mistake by replacing the smaller plants. I heard similar stories from others. Seems they do this purposely.
