Great experience with Throw Vibe
Great experience with Throw Vibe! I accidentally messed up my shipping address after placing my order and didn’t realize it until it had already shipped. I emailed their support team, and they were able to update the address just in time so it still made it to me—huge relief and awesome customer service.
The shirt itself is great quality, super comfortable, and fits exactly how I was hoping. Can’t wait to wear it out on the golf course. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The shipping from Canada to Washington took about 10 days. Quality is pretty good. The images weren't distorted. Looks exactly like the picture. Got the 2 dachshund polos for my boyfriend. He absolutely loves them.

The material for these shirts are awful and not as described on the website! When I went to dispute it they say it can’t be returned. They try to resolve the problem by sending a coupon to buy more of their product. Total scam!!!

I ordered two matching shirts for a function. When they arrived, one shirts print was extremely blurry. I contacted the customer service to be told I could "receive a full refund on my order" or order a new shirt. I indicated that the new shirt would not arrive on time for my function and i would like a refund. The next day I was told i could only get a partial refund.

My order is wrong.
I ordered 1 shirt. There was a offer to buy a second shirt. I declined that offer. When I placed the order it showed I ordered 2 shirts. I was careful what I clicked on. This is the second problem I have had. The first time I ordered one 2X shirt. I received a small shirt.
There can be problems when ordering from this website. Update, I contacted the company and they quickly corrected my order.

I still have not received my order from June 1st. They say it got lost in transit and are sending a replacement. But have yet to receive that either and this was a birthday present. So I'm not happy at all.
