Scam
I took part in a gift exchange using Throne, I was able to access the platform many times up until the gift exchange date but then afterwards I was unable to log in to my account. I had tried multiple devices, multiple networks and multiple browsers but when raising the issue with support, they kept copying and pasting a message that read “Unfortunately, this issue has been determined to be a client-side issue. The above solutions are not guaranteed fixes.”. When i challenged this they deleted my support ticket so i could no longer contact them. I have lost access to my account and due gifts. I am unsure if this company is a scam but certainly feels like it.
EDIT: Throne replied to this review asking me to contact customer support but this review was given after a 29 email long email thread back and forth with Kaysh who kept copying and pasting the same response no matter what I tried to push for resolution. Even when asking for complaints procedure I was given the same response about a “client side issue”.

Very easy to use a navigate
Very easy to use a navigate, people who have gifted me things have really enjoyed the layout and the setup. As the consumer I have enjoyed building my wishlists and setting up my site. When an item is purchased though, it does take a while for the item to even process and ship and that is a downside for sure!

Amazing! Swift and discreet
A fellow content creator recommended i set up a throne wish list, i was dubious at first, but since knowing our details are all private i feel better about it, since putting my list public ive recieved 2 gifts over span of 3 days, amazing, im still navigating and found putting over updated wish list from Amazon to Throne it duplicated the ones on there rather than refresh, but as im new to it, its probably something ive overlooked. Overall, fantastic, 😁
