Purchased from this company several times now. The one time I had to reply the customer service was shocking, poor responses promises with no actions etc. was told I can exchange but had to find items of the exact price. However, due to constant price changes and very delayed responses it made this task almost impossible. However, it’s a shame as I do like the fit of the leggings. But, they do not last long my second pair that have broken in the bum scrunching now after having them for a few months.

Over the last year, I have bought a few sets from the company.

I will admit, the scrunching effect it gives on your bum is amazing. It takes a lot of re-gigging to get it where it sits right however.

The reason for the review is because they don’t wash well. I keep track of my measurements, which haven’t changed since I bought the sets. However, now, I hate wearing them because they’re so incredibly tight! It’s the type of fabric which rolls up or down and sits so uncomfortably on all areas.

Really disappointed as they’re not the cheapest. And I no longer want to wear them because it’s not fun doing an uncomfortable workout in uncomfortable clothing.

Also, a pair of leggings ripped, leaving me with 4 different holes around the inner thigh area, and it wasn’t even on the seam line, and that was only after 4 months.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! TOTAL SCAM!
PRODUCTS FROM CHINA WHICH YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY DAYS YOU LL RECEIVE. IT S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND THE KEEP SAYING TO ME THAT IT S ON THE WAY

Ordered nearly £300 worth of clothing from them. Returned all times as the sizes run very small. Returned the items on 22/06/26 and they still haven’t processed my return or acknowledged any emails.
Worse experience and I’m still yet to receive my money.

Awful. Company lost my products, then promised me a refund only to come back the next day and told me it's my job to find my missing parcels. They lost over £150 worth of items that ive still not recieved. Customer service is awful and did not help at all.

I have always struggled with buying gym wear, I’m 4 foot 10, I can never get the right length or waist size as I’ve bigger thighs the smaller sizes in other brands won’t come past my thoughts, with thrivin I can instantly feel comfortable, supported and not cautious of loose waist or baggy ankles, they fit me so well, my tops and bras which I’ve ordered from thriven have full support, nothing is too long on me and as a shorter girl that’s such an everyday issue with outfits, but with thrivin they feel like they were taoilored for my body, THANK YOU THRIVIN

Heavily advertised on Instagram thought i would give them a try...
Took a long time to come when they did arrive the fit was bad munching at the top of thigh bands...
Wanted to return to learn o can only get a third of my money back as part is shipping and a fee to pay back to the bank card I paid from..
By the time I send them back it's not worth the money I will recieve.
Waste of time from start to finish...

Have left them feedback but dont expect a reply...

I didn’t like the cut of the leggings I bought 3 pairs and they are just too tight in the thigh area, it felt like it was cutting my circulation. I would not be able to wear them what a waste

The website is so glitchy and its now taken over 7 days and no sign of my stuff the reason why is because its a drop shopping shopify website so they get the products dirt cheap and charge us the earth and then have the cheek to charge 5.95 delivery.cost me £100 probs have to wait another week

I requested a size exchange, and the customer service team responded very quickly. Although the style I originally wanted was no longer available, they offered me several alternative options and worked with me to find a solution that met my needs. I really appreciated their prompt communication and willingness to help throughout the process.

Writing another review because I truly feel their customer service is WONDERFUL! They resolved my exchange issue so quick and shipped out my replacement in a very timely manner and just to mention they were kind the entire process through emails. Thank you!

Made an order of the wrong size, emailed in and got a reply within minutes saying they have fixed it for me! Excellent customer service.

So, I have ordered two times from Thrivin. First time they sent a mail that they didnt send the wole order at once. Nothing about why, just a mail saying these items are sent. A serious company would contact the customer to tell that the missing items are out of stock and wont be restocked. I had to contact them myself to know why not everything was sent at the same time and to get a refund for the missing items. They did refund me fast so that was a good thing.

Had no problems with my second order. The clothes fit snug wich I guessed. It would be weird if compression clothes would not fit snug. The material feels good. But I have a hard time to make the shorts and tights fit where they should to not give me a doubble butt instead of a bubble butt. I thought it might just are this way with that kind of clothing. But... I ordered from an other company and the shorts got in the right place right away. That made things clear for me. I wont order from Thrivin again.

I have never done a trust pilot review before but had such a bad experience I felt it necessary. The returns process is absolutely awful. It is quite clear that they make the process as difficult and long as possible in order to run down your return window time and stopping you from getting your money back. Even on the returns portal there are multiple buttons that can catch you out that if pressed that give you store credit with an exchange rather refund.

The returns portal did not work for my order. I emailed several times and it has taken over a week to fix. Even after you have filled in the returns portal you then have to wait again for a return label. This was supposed to be emailed within 24hours. This has since passed and I have still not received this which means I am unable to send my items back and get a refund.

Would completely avoid at all costs! They will do anything to avoid giving you a refund for your unwanted items!

Amazing leggings I’m buying another pair

I LOVE their gym wear. And this is the second time i order from them. I would like to buy one in every style and color. BUT! What brings the raining down is the extremely slow shipping. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't got my order yet. That's a huge disappointment.

I always wear S size. The leggings came and they are extremely tight on the glutes. It makes u look like your glutes are cut in the middle. Asked exchange, paid return label and they want me to drive 50 min to return it myself. Or pay again for pick up so the cost can go more than the leggings itself. The support said nothing they can do. So dissapointing and not recommended at all
