Prompt service. My cat loves the flavour of the cat food and purrs a lot when it’s feeding time

I absolutely love Thrive cat food — and so does my cat! It’s one of the few brands I truly trust because it’s all about real, no-nonsense ingredients with nothing unnecessary added. You can actually see the quality in every bite, and my cat can’t get enough of it.
It’s such a relief to know I’m feeding something that’s genuinely good for her — simple, clean, and nutritious. No fillers, no gimmicks, just honest food that delivers exactly what it promises.

Your Cat food is great and our cat loves it. But, the packing of my parcel was not great. That is why I have taken a star away from my review. The parcel looked like it had been thrown around and had holes in the box and tins had dents in them.

It’s such a shame that this is an inconsistent product.

My cats loved the white fish and chicken flavour. But the difference between batches is huge. I have just spent £40 on two tubs of chicken treats and the ones that have just arrived are very had and brittle with a funny smell. They won’t go near them.

I appreciate cats can be fickle but the product is too inconsistent to trust.

I won’t be spending £40 again just to throw them away.

What more disappointing is the complete lack of a response from thrive when I emailed about this.

Why would I waste more time emailing batch numbers for you not to reply again?

This isn’t an isolated incident. I threw away 2 tubs of white fish when I emailed you in July.

I love the products and think they are fantastic for our pets. The customer service team are quick to action and respond and seem to care about their customers

My dog loves Thrive products. I always find them to be good quality at a reasonable price.

Have used Thrive for a few years now for my Feline companion wet food and chicken dry and treats. From delivery to the food, it has been quality all the way. Human grade meat and fish, grain free and packed with all the nutrients needed for cats. Thank you.

My cat absolutely loves the chicken treats. She won't eat any other brand though so the process must be different. Highly recommended for fussy kitties.

Our very fussy tom cat Nero won't eat anything but Thrive. We have just started using his latest batch of Thrive and the new tins are absolutely awful. The ring pull is so stiff it is hard to lift up and pulling the lid back almost impossible. When it does eventually give way it is so sudden, the lid flies off one way, the tin flies the other and the contents end up over hands and worktop. Please go back to the original tins, so easy to use.

I am giving thrive food to my cat from a long time.
I always buy tuna and tuna with salmon.
The food is always fresh and my cat like it.
the cans contains pure fish meat.
It is worth to buy it for your cat

After experiencing an issue with Amazon Thrive have immediately fixed the issue and offered a wonderful customer service. Cats love the food, chicken dry food

Extremely prompt delivery and my dogs love them

When I informed them of my damaged delivery and 1 missing product, they sent a replacement straight away. Very efficient and I will keep using them.

Thrive chicken breast was very watery. Have been purchasing this for our Oriental cats for almost 10 years and once or twice every year the quality and consistency changes.

My cat seems to love it

I recently took my cat to the vet who coaxed her out of the carrier with some treats. I told the vet I normally gave her Dreamies, which the vet compared to giving a child a McDonald's! I went online and ordered the Thrive chicken treats. They arrived quite quickly and now madam won't eat her food, all she wants is the treats!!!

Thrive is certainly a premium food for cats and ours really do wolf it down and really enjoy it. It important to provide the best food possible for our animals and Thrive is leaps ahead of supermarket and cheaper brands that are the equivalent of a constant fast food meal and are basically full of no proper nutrition. Thrive actually smells good enough for humans to eat although I probably wouldn't try.

The removal of one star is due to dispatch times can vary and spending over £90 a month with Thrive directly, I'd really expect to see a delivery framework that gives free next day delivery when spending over a certain amount. I would also appreciate additional variety for kittens rather than just tuna or chicken and the website account management being linked to SHOP! is difficult to use.

The main order was out of stock disappointed but dealt with quickly.

Having been invited to the taster club I purchased some treats for my two cats, unfortunately after a week I emailed to say the treats I ordered stilled hadn’t arrived, I received an email back the same day and my order turned up the next day, unfortunately no treats from the taster club were included, I can only presume this was a marketing idea to allow people to buy something and not include them in their new promotion, so not really the best experience and I shall now stick to buying my own treats for my two from now on

I've fed him Thrive before, the chicken flavor. This time I thought I'd try the Salmon Herring grain free dry food. He's never been picky, but I do spoil him. He always loves a fish option. I know cats won't starve themselves but he's so unhappy. I can't afford to throw away £11 on a very full bag of food.
