While the information is included in the notification email, it may not be as visible or emphasized as it could be. I was extremely impressed with how fast and easy everything was to get a reimbursement. I submitted my reimbursement midway through the day Wednesday and by the evening it was approved. I had my reimbursement in my account on Friday. Total turn around was 3 days, which I thought was crazy fast. I used this on my cats prescription pet food, which was an unexpected expense, so I'm greatful for being able to use it on things like this. Anyone who has to get this food, knows it isn't cheap. I'm happy with how fast and easy everything was and the peace of mind it gave me.
Horrific experience; system settings don't hold & reps don't care
Horrific experience goes on. Customer service reps clearly either don't care or their hands are tied. I'm forever going back to the one kindly HR rep from my old company who can get them to reinstate my coverage. (Canceled b/c the ThrivePass system keeps turning off my autopay w/o any notification. And the system fails to send notifications of premiums due even though my account is set up to get them.) A disaster from start to finish and if I didn't desperately need this coverage, I'd throw my hands up in despair.
