Delivery Driver hit a mailbox structure and trying to get them to be accountable and pay for the repair was ridiculous. I was on hold for hours, and they got my email address and told me they would email me so I could send in the necessary info, which they never did. I had to call back and was hold again forever and then had to jump thru hoops in order to get any sort of acknowledgment.

I enjoy their wholesome product offerings and some of their not-so-well-known items. You can usually get small sizes to sample

I've been a Thrive member for a couple years now. It came in really handy when I had a back injury and couldn't drive or carry heavy things. The prices are reasonable for most products and they constantly have sales. Any time I've had a damaged item or product concern, they have been prompt to remedy the matter. With my strict dietary requirements, it helps to have more options, because I already have to go to multiple stores to find certain products, so I love that at least one comes to me.

Thrive market is such a waste of money, product selection is sub par. Products are overpriced and most grocery stores carry the same products. They charge 50 a year to shop on their weak website. I would avoid this online shopping website and save your money.

Awesome company. They have a lot of healthy options, and great customer service. I have told many of my friends about them. They were a lifesaver during the pandemic!

I did not like being deceived into signing a recurring payments and felt that was manipulative and dishonest.

I was connected right away with a live agent - who listened to all my concerns and made everything right. Thrive takes care of its customers- and it is much appreciated!

Thrive Market really has the best customer service. I love that I can order frozen food and it be delivered to my door. I can’t get these items in my local town, and would have to travel 4hrs round trip to get them. When I had a problem with the shipment on my last order, and a couple items broke open enroute, I called and got an AI operator, who completely understood my problem and sent me to the right place. Petal was my helper, and she was superb! She did not hesitate to refund my items and gave me additional $ for my inconvenience. Exceptional service, and I will definitely use them over and over.

If we could this 0 stars we most certainly would! My wife tried this service not even for one day. She signed up during a trial period, did some looking around and ended up canceling the same day as we decided we did not need this service. AGAIN she CANCELLED the SAME DAY very much so within the trial period (SAME DAY). All of we sudden we got a notification that a curated order is being delivered to our home full of items we have no desire to have nor do we need. She attempted to contact customer service and was met with links that do not work and was then forwarded to the worst AI chatbot known to man. She saw the order on the site and it was in a processing status. The AI chatbot then asked if she would like to change the items in the order (due it being in a processing state), my wife agreed but when she attempted to change the items in the order, she unsuccessful due to the order already being shipped.
1 - AI chatbot... "Would like to change items in the order"
2 - My wife " might as well since you won't let me cancel the order that I didn't place to begin with
3 - AI chatbot... "I'm sorry you cannot change items in the order because it has left our warehouse..."
ThriveMarket is a horrible service that not only steals peoples money but is very sneaky about it as well. We will be contacting our bank to inform this $139 charge was for an order we did not place because again my wife CANCELLED HER MEMBERSHIP WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD (SAME DAY SHE STARTED IT). They rely heavily on a kindergarten level AI chatbot for assistance and you will never reach an actual person for support. Plus I am almost positive the responses from ThriveMarket on TrustPilot are "canned responses" and could be bots as well.
10 out of 10 DO NOT Recommend!

We tried Thrive Market for a year. We were hoping for the best since we live in a rural area and appreciate healthier food choices. The overall rating would have been about 3 stars based upon food selection and cost effectiveness, until we experienced many of the negative customer service policies that Thrive Market has chosen to adopt. Policies that feed into the online perception about how Thrive Market scams people and how they won't change their policies based upon a "small percentage of negative feedback". They'll apologize and thank you extensively for making the Thrive Market community better, but they haven't changed their behavior. All corporate double talk. Repeated apologies and acknowledgement with no action. They don't seem to have the capability of processing feedback, which is usually a sign of a business that is arrogant, and only listening to consultants driven by Market data, not their customers. When you combine their intentional policies, they lead to all the negative experiences people list here and on other platforms. Making it too tough to cancel, keeping an open account against your wishes (or having to fill out an extensive form for review), not refunding membership fees after 30 days (which keeps the account open on purpose), demanding a payment source on file even if you canceled, not syncing your cancelation with the recurring food orders, so they can keep sending you stuff you don't want after cancelation. No confirmations of the requests submitted to their Customer Service. All these issues could be easily handled by programming and a few policy changes if they wanted to. Especially the unbelievable policy about demanding a payment source on an account you requested closed, but the account isn't really closed. People have had to change accounts because they can not trust Thrive Market's policies and programming. You want customers - reply with how you have done something to address your customer's concerns, not just more apologies.
We tried the customer service and they don't follow through.

I woke up to a bloodbath this morning on the counter. I had purchased a double pack of their organic beef stew chunks, froze them for a few months, and when thawed, the packages bled all over the counter and had a bad smell. Chatbot told me since I didn't contact them within 30 days, tough shit. I should be able to freeze meat that comes into the house and thaw it with minor bleeding, if any. It happens, I get it. This was just thin plastic that couldn't handle the thawing process and burst. Another thing pissing me off is their website. Extremely pushy. Something is very off with this site. I asked them to cancel my membership and have no intention to return. Time to reach out to my local farmers.

Great service and products, very kind and caring customer service, handled my issue immediately and professionally, they did not waste one minute of my time when I contacted them.

I had a wonderful experience with customer service representative Edward. I was going to cancel my account, and he explained some possible options. I still closed my account, but Edward was very pleasant throughout everything. I appreciate when a company has customer service that listens.

Thrive is the number one online store I use for all of my products, they excel in providing their customers with detailed information about the products and offer the best prices, quality and service.

I had an issue with a payment on a canceled order, and the support person solved it in a timely manner. He was kind and courteous, and made sure the problem was solved before our conversation ended. Great customer service!

Giving this 4 stars so that others can see it and actually know how predatory this business is when it comes to your “data”. Signed up with a business email (seperate to this one). Didn’t realize how hard it was to delete your account. They make you go through the wringer, gaslight you, pretend you ask something you aren’t just to delay you requesting this deletion further. In a clear attempt to tire out the consumer so they stop asking and give up. Then the place they finally lead you to (not to mention the fact you can ask their ai bot on how to delete and it promises to send an email that never comes) makes you put in more information for them to collect and sell just to access data that doesn’t mean it’s actually deleted, and it says as much. You also have to specifically request they don’t sell your data, given their whole thing is positive wellness and being green, it’s a bit ironic how predatory they are when you try to leave (like some weird corpo cult). At least I didn’t put in anything but my link to Google so I was able to delete any association through there (Google) as I hadn’t given them all my info and never fully signed up (others apparently aren’t so lucky). Though I apparently gave them enough to sell my data in a single day. As I wake the next morning and find two texts saying my full name… I only ever used this email here and another website I keep it limited on purpose and accidentally signed up to the site using it. There’s no way shape or form I should be receiving texts in that short of time from clear spammers. I’ve worked in jobs that have made me full aware that something that close in time isn’t just a coincidence. Maybe I’m to “woke”, but it should be assumed you don’t have to ask for them NOT to sell the data you specifically trust them with as a customer. Even then the statement where this form is specifically says you can request but be denied. This site is green coded to make you think their “cool” “progressive” “eco-friendly”, but based on my incredibly terrible experience with their customer service, that all that is greenwashing. Stay far away from this company. There are far better alternative and their reviews here are suss. If they had made it easy and were friendly and didn’t gaslight me and make me go through hoops to delete it, I wouldn’t be here. Consumer beware, you are indeed in for a scare. If I’m not enough to convince you, please see all the 1 star reviews. This shouldn’t be an issue, at all. The fact it is pits this company in a terrible anti consumer light.
