I did the 21 day challenge with Emma and really quickly noticed a huge difference in my energy.
I felt lighter after just a week and after the three weeks I found sugar cravings were gone and I wasn't feeling hungry.
The weight is steadily dropping and I feel back to myself again.
I just turned 50 and I never thought I was someone that could cut out sugar and processed foods, but the way Emma approaches it with some simple rules made it so easy and I can't believe I didn't try this earlier.
If you're feeling sluggish, bloated and that your age is catching up with you, I really reccomend giving this a chance!
