Signed on and was ranking 7 on GMB with a 5 on website .
After 2 months with them I have fallen to over 100 on almost everything GMB is page 4 .
They can’t seem to figure out why.
Meanwhile, I keep paying.

No results after months of investment
Our experience with Thrive was extremely disappointing. We experienced missed deadlines, lack/no communication, incomplete/missing work and ad content issues. All of this could be forgiven if we had results. Unfortunately, after months of consistent advertising and making adjustments to our content as they suggested we received literally no conversions (sales). The only reason I wouldn't give them 1 star is because I feel a few members of the team did seem to make an effort to improve the results. I only wish I would have seen reviews on this site before engaging with them.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We were contacted by M. and signed up for their services in March 2025. Just 3–4 days after granting them access to our Google My Business account, our profile was suddenly suspended.
We immediately received an email from Google stating that the suspension was due to a violation involving a third-party account connected to our profile. The only third-party access we had granted was to this company.
For several days, the company denied any responsibility. However, once we removed their access and submitted an appeal, our Google Business profile was promptly reinstated. As a reminder, had the appeal been denied, we could have permanently lost our Google Business profile—the channel that generates more than half of our sales today. With over 1,000 reviews, this incident placed our business at serious risk—something a competent and experienced company should never allow.
Our assigned account manager, D., showed minimal engagement during calls, communication was consistently slow, and responses were often unhelpful. The overall quality of work failed to meet even basic expectations.
After spending $6,000, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away and avoid unnecessary stress and potential damage to their business.
UPDATE JANUARY 2026 : The company responded months later, only after repeatedly attempting to flag and have my reviews removed across multiple platforms.

Do not hire this company. They have done exactly zero work on our project. After three months and nearly $10,000 they hadn't even accessed our webpage. Do not hire this company. They have done exactly zero work on our project. For a similar cost, you can hire someone vetted who will actually do the work they are promising. We are devastated by this setback.
Please, please don't make our mistake.
