I would give no stars if this system would allow me. I was basically harassed by a guy who called himself Shawn Adams for a solid year to purchase leads with this company. He swore I would not be dissatisfied and I would have his personal number to get in touch with him 24/7. I FINALLY decided to purchase into the program because he was SO convincing. Not only did he take my money, he provided 6 or 7 leads (three of which were the same person) and all the others were DUDS, people who were not at all interested in buying a home. When I told him I was going to contact my bank to see if I could get my money back, he made it so that I can no longer call (I get a message from Verizon that the number is no longer valid) and he stopped giving me leads after only a few months when I was under CONTRACT to receive leads until February of 2026. The leads stopped completely. He even texted me (and I have it in writing) that he would give me my money back, but he never has. DO NOT proceed with this company. They do not provide legitimate leads, no matter what anyone says. RUN! RUN! RUN! For every one good review you see about these people, you will find 5 who say DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! Not sure if they people who respond that their experience is good are just lucky (if they, in fact, received any good leads), but don't bet your money on this fraudulent company! They scammed me for sure!!!!!

When I received my 1st real estate lead it seemed decent. i spoke to the lead and he appreared to be friendly. He agreed to accept listings from me and I would follow up in a month (he was just browsing). Two weeks later I was served a law suit for calling without authorization. i have been trying to get help from Thrive360ai and they b=seem to have vanished. i have been trying via messages and emails and to help me with my litigation response. They have left me holding the bag!

I signed up with Thrive360ai for real estate leads. Every "lead" they have sent me have either been wrong numbers or I can't ever reach anyone. I feel I was scammed out of $1300. Do not waste your time or your money with this so called lead generator.

What sets Thrive360 apart is the excellent customer service. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed some help, their support team has always responded promptly and professionally. This makes a real difference.

I never did business with this company because I couldn’t get passed how rude and obnoxious the sales people are. I get your in sales and times are tough but who’s training these people in customer service? Apparently no one. I was texted twice by two different people and both were rude and sarcastic via text. I did look them up on here and the FB group LBA (if you know you know) and the reviews were equally as dismal. Not to mention I found out they charge annual fees upwards $700. As a realtor if a company is charging you upfront for the service then a 15-25% referral fee the leads are garbage. These lead companies are all the same. They just want upfront fees for garbage leads. If the leads are great why not just do a straight referral fee at closing. As an agent there are a lot better ways to spend your money to generate good leads this company is not one of them especially with the customer service.

I received a text from one of the salesmen for the company and it said they provide leads for a 10% referral fee paid at closing so I agreed to have a phone conversation with the salesperson. During the phone call he tells me how great they are and not until the end does he show me there is a semi-annual fee of $699 with the first fee due upfront. That was never mentioned in the text and the text totally misrepresented what they were offering. They are dishonest with their text marketing and because of that I wasted valuable time.

Stop spamming us.

Complete scam, don't waste your money!! No leads, or crappy leads...

ALERT- BEWARE - SCAM LEAD GENERATION COMPANY- THRIVE360 (IDRAK AI LLC)
My experience - They take your money and do not produce any real leads, tried-frequent calls asking about leads promised? then no contact from Thrive 360 - but they have enjoyed taking your hard earned money! This started on 2/12/24 - 10 months already charged 12 months- $1099.00 and produced -$0 in the last 10 months! SCAM!!!!
Date of experience: February 12, 2024 After, I wrote this review - within 2- hours management called ask me to take down my review saying they had 2 more months to provide the promised leads..... NO surprise - NOT ONE LEAD...... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They will TAKE YOUR MONEY and give you only FALSE PROMISES!!!!

They never delivered what I paid for and what was promised. I did get leads but they were so bad and not able to purchase. If they did want to sell, they weren't ready for 12-18 months. All the leads I did get were angry that their information was shared with a Realtor. I paid the max amount to Thrive360 and was promised 3-5 solid leads per month. In 12 months time I received a total of 6 leads. NONE of them were qualified leads. Don't waste your money!

It takes some time to learn how to use Thrive 360's system, but once you understand it, it's very useful. The effort to learn it is worth it.

Thrive360' tools are advanced, and their team is very helpful and committed to helping their clients succeed. They're a great partner for getting leads.

Just to put a nice ugly bow on this whole awful experience with Thrive360, now that my 3-month membership has officially expired. Let's review the actual 'qualified' leads I received in this pathetic system.
Lead #1 - Told me to 'cut off my c--k and stuff it down my throat'...his exact words, the worst lead I've ever experienced in my real estate career!
Lead #2 - Old man who may want to move before he dies, I accepted this lead with the remote chance he might.
Lead #3 - Old lady who's never had a bank account & has zero financial resources.
Lead #4 - Older man in another state who may want to move back to my state again someday, I accepted this lead with the remote chance he might.
Lead #5 - Older man with zero financial resources.
Lead #6 - An old REALTOR.

That's it....6 terrible leads in 3 months...for $449.
I was promised 9-12 qualified leads many times.
Once again, don't throw your $$ away.

Most leads are high-quality and relevant, though a few missed the mark, which is why I can't give a full five stars. Still, it’s been a valuable asset, and I’d recommend it to anyone in real estate looking to optimize their workflow.

I've been using Thrive360 for several months now and am largely pleased with the quality of leads it generates. The platform is user-friendly and integrates well with our existing systems, making the workflow seamless. However, there are occasional glitches with their Dashboard that need addressing. Once these minor issues are ironed out, I believe it will be a perfect tool for real estate professionals. Until then, it's a solid four stars from me.
