No customer service and poor quality products

No customer service!!!
Products are mediocre.
Delivery time is around 30 days from purchase.
Quality of product is not up to standard, handle bar mount broke on first use as the plastic used is so thin and flimsy. I now own an expensive light I cannot use and they do not return my emails since I let them know about the broken bracket. I got one email on the 3/1/25 saying they would replace it and have not hear or received anything from them since, despite multiple emails being sent!!!
Terrible non existent customer service and inferior quality of products.
