The new method of taking blood is very easy. Well done for implementing this. I sent my test back on a Monday and had results on Wednesday. Very fast. I also really like the app which shows a track of your bloodwork over time.

How quick and efficient the service was, if I wd have gone to my gps id still be waiting for an appointment.

Arm blood test extremely easy and pain free. I only needed one and therefore did not to have to change collection tubes. The device was so well stuck to my arm, I suspect, if I had needed to remove one tube and add another, the device would have stayed put.

Turnaround between posting sample and being notified that results were ready, two working days.

Time lapse of a number of days between results notification email and actually being able to read results. Annoying feedback loop of ‘verify your email’ with no mechanism for doing that. Once System had resolved itself (I did nothing different) I could access my results. This was all rather frustrating. Whether it was Thriva or Apple or my device, who knows.

Results clear, well explained, graphics as well as written descriptions and explanations.

I will be retesting at an appropriate interval and do recommend this method of tracking one’s health.

Easy to order, and the process of taking blood with their device was painless and easy.

The report was very detailed too.

I have been very impressed by how easy this whole process has been. The blood draw gadget makes taking the sample a simple process. And the sample was received, analysed and a wealth of information and advice received within 2 days.
I will definitely be using this company again to guide my health and wellness journey.

Discrepancy between what the mobile app and web-app is telling me about my sample status (app says they have it and processing, web-app says they haven't received it). Raised this with the customer service team who never answered my query, just said they had my sample and I'd get my results after 2 business days. Funnily enough, 2 business days went by and I didn't get my results. Also, last year when I used Thriva I was absolutely sure I cancelled the subscription, but 12 months later I was charged and sent a kit. Could be my fault with that so this time around I've taken a screenshot and saved my unsubscribed email.

Blood test was very easy to carry out, the results were received quickly and were clearly explained, and my test identified a vitamin deficiency that was never picked up by GP that I can now fix! Overall an easy and worthwhile experience.

I hate blood tests but this was so easy and completely painless. Results really quick and good to get blood tests that the nhs/gp refuses due to cost. I will use them again.
