Brilliant company

The results I get from my quarterly Thriva tests have provided me with invaluable information. The doctor's report is always detailed and informative. They work well in conjuction with the NHS tests I get done. I report the most relevant results to my doctor's surgery and they add these to my NHS app.

Really great, concise communication throughout. Regular updates and such a speedy turnaround in receiving my results, which were comprehensively written and presented in an understandable manner.

Paid for the new expensive service

Paid for the new expensive service - not impressed. Was asked to fill out a long survey and told it would be read in conjunction with my results. It wasn’t and not impressed with the communication.

Subscription changes are always made by the account holder as we're unable to modify these without explicit permission. If a frequency change is made without updating the next test date, the kit will send on the original scheduled date before the new frequency takes effect. This is independent of whether a test was sent recently. We're sorry for any confusion caused here.

No Complaints

The kit, instructions, App etc all met my highest expectations.
Taking the blood sample was completely pain free.
Results and advice fed back 32 hrs after posting.
I would highly recommend the process to my friends.

The autodraw device is painless and so…

The autodraw device is painless and very easy to use - just ensure you follow the instructions cloesly (hydration and using the heat pack is vital). The results came quickly with the omega 3-6 results coming soon after. I liked getting most of my results early so I could act on them. There is no hard sell after you get your results - no supplements or targeted ads. The app dashboard is easy and intutive and can combine data from your wearable for a more complete picture. The Doctor's report is easy to understand and provides clear actionable points. I will be continuing with my subscription in future.

Great experience

For various reasons, it took me ages to get around to taking my test (even letting some of the test kit expire).

Customer service were great and sent out a new kit, and even after another delay in my end, once the sample was sent, I got my results back very quickly with no fuss.

The autodraw greatly improves the process of collecting a sample, and the app is pleasant to use, with all the data and feedback well presented.
