Technically you get negative 5 stars. This site is so ridiculous, creates more headaches than enjoyment. Your ticket deal, ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS, UNNECESSARY, complete hassle to deal with. And let’s not forget about the 200 stupid ticket minimum for redemption. Also, as if the ticket garbage wasn’t a pain enough, having to keep leaving a game to go back and convert your moronic tickets to SC all while losing the top build bonus because it resets after leaving, ranks this complete garbage slot site so far at the bottom that it’s below the bottom. What kind of uneducated programmer came up with this nonsense?? Oh and you can convert the useless tickets to SC, BUT you can’t back convert SC to their useless tickets. So that right there tells you these people are just there to steal your money, along with their weighted and rigged reels. If I run Coin Blitz, from this trash directly along side Coin Blitz from absolutely ANY other legitimate site, it’s so noticeable that either these poor excuses for programmers couldn’t even rig them correctly or they think everyone else is D-umb and wouldn’t notice.

Email correspondence is awful. Waiting 2 weeks now. I referred a player never got my 30. Now ive won 300 and suddenly I csnt cash out. If I dont get a response it will be considered retaliation. I bought two packages. The first one was $50.00, and I played a lot of games. The RTP was okay. I bought another package for $130.00 and played the same games, but the RTP was nonexistent. I mean, it was so obvious. I won’t ever be playing on this site again.

Terrible scam. They offer a decent starting bonus. I paid 100 for 170. But it's almost impossible to redeem with a $1,000 minimum. They dont use the typical playthrough like other sites. Basically, they take any amount you win on a game, and put it in a prize bank that has to get to $1,000 to cash out. So when you win any amount on a spin, it doesn't credit back your SC, it goes in a prize bank. When your SC runs out, you have to take the money you won from the prize bank and rebuy SC with it. This makes it almost impossible to redeem, because you can't keep building the prize bank to $1,000 when you have to use it to continue playing. So you just keep restarting at 0 in the prize bank. Pretty much have to win a big jackpot in order to redeem. Kudos to the scam artists who thought up this scheme.

This is the biggest joke of a casino app. They give you a generous deposit match or offer and they make it so the minimum withdrawal is 1000 dollars making it almost impossible to win. But guess what they don't mention it all when purchasing.

I tried to cash out 500 last week and they told me I couldn’t because of a promotion it had to be at least 1000 so this week I finally got it up to 1000 and I went to redeem and I’ve been going back-and-forth for the last week trying to redeem my money they keep emailing me back telling me that my account is fixed and verified and it still won’t let me cash out. This has been like a two week thing and now I can’t get anybody to answer me on the email never spending money on this app again.

I’ve gotten responses from the customer service although it is a long process to even hear back from them I am upset and displeased with the service because I have redeemed from this site a total of three times with no problems as soon as I get over $100 and I want to redeem it. They put me through a secondary verification process for redemption says that it’ll take any between 24 to 48 hours for what reason I do not know my account is fully verified and I went through the right channels and use the right information as well ID selfie and although I’m fully verified, they want to do another process even though I redeemed from here before I feel like they’re holding my winnings for me and it’s not fair or right if I do not get my money from them, I will not be using their service again, and I will run through every review process just to make sure that people know what these people are doing. I will update my review when I get my money, I hope they’re not a scam artist.

Deposits are charged 4.5% on top of what you actually get. Sports odds are lower than any real betting lines. Withdrawals are restricted to 1 a day. Account Withdrawals are constantly "restricted for security checks".

Reply: I'd like to see no additional fees, odds at a parity with every other site, no daily withdrawal restrictions, no BS security checks when I've already been verified.

Revised Review

I was cheated by Thrillz.com multiple times today.

I originally left a review on the 20th saying the platform seemed better than the negative reviews suggested, aside from the usual “verify your ID after a payout” cooldown. I tried to be fair. After today’s experience, I can’t say that anymore.

I lost $40 on a confirmed $2.00 spin that only counted as $0.20 because “the next one in line would have been.” On top of that, I watched wins fail to register six different times and took screenshots of each one. I understand this is a business and the house always has the advantage, but there is no excuse to cheat players on top of that.

I’ve updated my original review and will no longer be using this platform. You can keep the remaining $2.00 in my account—clearly you need it more than I do.

If social casinos were regulated like real online casinos, this platform wouldn’t last a day.

I do not like like the betting option for alt line spreads it only lets you go about 2 pts above or below the projected spread also for player props you can't change anything that's already set

As soon as I won, I went to redeem even though it said I was initially verified, it told me again to verify with my ID. I have NEVER had a problem verifying, as soon as I want to redeem on this site, for some reason it kept telling me it was having trouble with my ID, then when it finally worked, it just gave me a page with a green circle and check mark, it didn't move further. Then contacting support was like a robot I swear! We kept emailing back and forth and they kept saying the same thing. Now all of a sudden they don't want to respond at all. Seriously the first issue with an online casino, there are other good ones.
