After posting this review, Thrill's management team reached out within 24 hours, escalated my case to their sports team, and resettled the bet correctly. The issue was resolved within a hour.

Why frontline support refused to review the case despite clear evidence

Thrill is a new platform (launched August 2024), and they're clearly still working out their processes. The fast crypto withdrawals are excellent, and to their credit, management does respond when issues are escalated publicly.

I've been using Thrill for several months, primarily because of their fast crypto withdrawals. However, after this experience, I'm stopping using Thrill and moving elsewhere.

I placed a bet on Bologna vs Juventus "Over 23.5 Total Shots." The match had 24 total shots according to multiple reputable sources (Opta, BBC Sport, Flashscore), but my bet was marked as lost.

When I contacted support, they initially told me the bet was lost because it was registered as "Over 2 Goals" and the match ended 0-1. This immediately raised red flags—I never placed a goals bet, I placed a shots bet. After I provided a screen recording proving my bet was "Over 23.5 Shots," they changed their explanation.

They then claimed there were only 23 shots, citing the Serie A official website. However, even on their own source, the breakdown shows:

Bologna: 10 shots + 1 post

Juventus: 13 shots

Every other statistics provider shows 24 shots

When I pointed out these discrepancies and requested a review, they refused. Their final response was essentially "the bet is settled as lost, we cannot change it" without addressing either the initial registration error or the conflicting statistics from multiple official sources.

The fact that they initially said my bet was registered as something completely different, then refused to investigate further when presented with evidence, shows serious integrity issues with their betting system.

Fast withdrawals mean nothing if you can't trust the platform to settle bets correctly. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Stay clear at all costs - to any followers of mine or general casino/sportsbook enjoyers.

I was a diamond on stake and sapphire 4 on shuffle and foolishly got trapped into “trying something new” - their customer service agent Leo sold me the dream in terms of decent betting limits on sports, fast withdrawals - only need to KYC if it’s huge withdrawal.

I don’t even mind doing KYC but it’s just the face they lied about everything to get me on the site and there’s no transparency.

I did my VIP transfer and after only 1 day betting and only +$1.5k they limited sports betting and made me KYC. Then with KYC they said on support that compliance wasn’t accepting (never had a problem once in my life) - they won’t give reason but instead sent me a link to KYC another way and it didn’t work.

Theyre purposefully stalling and everything stinks of a scam. I’d stay well away if I were you. They don’t have a leg to stand on either because I’m a genuine customer from an accepted country. SCAM. Okay so I changed my mind. I’ve been on a losing streak and that’s normal when you gamble.
