I love their sustainable packaging. I love shopping with them generally, but this time wasn't the best
There were items missing that I paid for, and the docs that I bought were not in as good condition as I expected. They were cracked at the creases

The delivery came quickly and everything is amazing quality. Some of the tags were removed though, which I just thought was a bit weird but doesn't change the fact that I'll be wearing my new clothes all the time.

I ordered a dress but received an email saying it had been damaged in the warehouse and I would receive a full refund. Up until that point, I would have given 5 stars because the email arrived promptly, explained the problem and promised a good resolution despite the initial disappointment. For some reason, I only received £11.04 of the £12.00 paid. Yes, it’s only 96p but I’m not sure why this has been deducted when it wasn’t my fault that the order was cancelled. It has certainly put me off using Thriftify again.

Really great products when ordered from Irish shops with fast delivery too. The big “But” is that it does not specifically state UK ones - I have been waiting nearly two weeks and have just had to pay 49 euro customs on one bag and another 10 euro on another in order for an post to deliver the products, I probably wouldn’t of ordered if I had known about the added 60 euros on top of my initial order.

Due to health issues I haven't been able to visit Charity Shops for quite a while, so I've been keeping an eye on the virtual options for some time now. Upon finding this website, it seems my problem has been solved!

I placed an order through Thriftify with Cerebral Palsy CYMRU, and got several lovely items. There was quite a lot of choice, pricing was very reasonable, descriptions included an overview of the condition and any flaws, sizes were stated. There was a lovely handwritten note and lollipop included, everything was as ordered, smelt fresh, wrapped up and packed neatly, I was sooo pleased with the presentation. I was a bit disappointed that Evri was the chosen courier, but perhaps with all the current Royal Mail upheaval that is wise. In future, I would like to see an option to choose Royal Mail as the courier.

I had trouble tracking my parcel through the initial email and my Thriftify account, so I emailed Thriftify's customer service to ask for the tracking number. They replied within a day, provided the tracking number, the current status of my parcel, and an estimate of how long it would take to arrive - clearly above and beyond! I also found the search function on the website to be really intuitive and helpful, especially the option to only shop with UK-based or Ireland-based stores to avoid customs charges, as well as the option to shop with a particular store to keep the postage cost low.

Overall I'm absolutely thrilled with the service received & price paid, and I will definitely be returning. :)

Love thriftify! I'd say close to half my wardrobe must be made up of thriftify buys at this point. It's a fun, low-cost way to try new styles, and to pick up basics, and delivery is quick!

I love what you are doing but my experience needs to be told.
Firstly I received one dress from Ireland says Size medium but in reality size 10.
Second dress arrived. Size says medium. In reality size 8.
Next I wait and wait for next 2 items. I eventually receive a customs charge for 25 euro plus for the next 2 items which I paid unhappily.
Skirt beautiful marks and spencers saying size 12. It is so small it must be a size 6.
Alpaca Cape was second item. Wonderful item but sadly huge. You would need to be six feet tall a nd more a 16 for it to fit. Have given to someone in need.
Perhaps you need to make it clearer if goods are coming from Uk and check sizing which is probably an impossible task.
I would not buy this way again as it was so disappointing and I really wanted to improve my carbon footprint .

I bought a pair of boots, then waited for their delivery. No delivery, why? the boots went missing. Too many other online stores to shop from, in case it happens again.

A great place to buy new and good quality pre-owned clothes.
I've bought several items and have been happy with the quality of all of them.
It's nice to be able to support charities while shopping

My shoes are just like new. So delighted to be buying sustainably in Ireland and doing good for charity at the same time. Have been telling my friends about Thriftify and will keep doing so!

I am new to Thriftify and recently ordered 2 items from separate locations within Ireland. I was very pleased with both products although there was a delay on the second item. I will definitely order again

Bit slower than before

Beautiful coat, exquisite quality. The add however did not mention a missing button, entire button set will have to be replaced. Used tissues in the pockets. I was surprised Coat had not been passed through a quality control especially with Covid still a health risk.

Ordered an occassion hat. Very impressed with the speed of delivery and the care and attention in packaging such a fragile item. It arrived in perfect condition just a few days after the order was placed.

Absolutely love thrifty, it's so enjoyable to sit in my own home and shop , beautiful range of clothes and will continue to purchase all my clothes from thrifty :)
